I cannot say enough words to express how much I truly appreciate this business and specifically Russ. Having purchased an older home, our HVAC unit was never upgraded. We bought the place and it supposedly had a good bill of health. Imagine our surprise when it started to fail. The timing was less than ideal (economy challenges, middle of a summer heat wave) but these guys kept their cool!

Russ got us in for an appointment within 3 days, took 30 minutes to assess our issue, and had us fixed up within an hour. His positive attitude, empathy and willingness to think outside the box has won this company customers for LIFE!

When they were fully booked and couldn't immediately send someone out, Russ personally guided me over the phone to quickly and safely diagnose and fix my AC problem. Within just 15 minutes, cold air was flowing again. I especially appreciated that Russ proactively reached out the next day to confirm everything was still running smoothly. Russ was very good at explaining things but first he introduced himself in a very courteous manner, after the tune up in my furnace i asked him if they do A/C tune up he replied yes so he advise me to call early spring so i definitely will call them again.

Our heater stopped working, we called and had Mike come to take a look. Our heat pump had a few issues, Mike was really good about showing us all the issues and taught us a lot. We are currently warm in our house now!

Heat repaired on a Friday night, our furnace was blowing cold air and not heating. We had Micheal come out and he was very kind, he was nice to our kids, he got straight to work and fixed our heat. Solid company.

Russ & Dennis at Sub Zero are awesome. True high quality tradesmen, attention to detail, great communication, and follow- up. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends. It took them just a day to remove our 34 year old Trane furnace and heat pump and install a new Ruud heat pump/air handler and a HALO-LED full house air purifier. We have heat again and can't wait to see how this helps our family allergies in the Spring!!! Thank you.

late at night our heater stopped working, we called and had a tech technician come out within one hour. Jake was very respectful, even though it was very late and he repaired our heater fairly quickly. Very grateful.
