Our furnace has been having many issues every cold season for years now, we had Jake come out and he went above and beyond. He showed us literal holes and cracks in our heat exchanger!! Major issue….so happy that someone actually took the time to look into it fully and deeply. We got a new high efficiency upgraded furnace installed now and we are so happy!

Fast response time from sub zero, heater broke and our house got cold really fast. We had a tech out within 2 hours, he found multiple issues, walked me through all of them since I’m a bit nosey. I learned a lot and he was fine with explaining everything in detail. Heater is now operating, greatly done.

Called them for a no heat situation on one of the coldest mornings of the year. They showed up quicker than expected and had the furnace back online after replacing a bad control board. Pricing was very reasonable for emergency service. Great company.

We had our heater break on a weekend and we called, Shelly picked up the phone and they got us booked. Michael came out and he was very respectful and asked where our heater was located. We showed him the indoor and outdoor unit, he inspected it all and came to us with a conclusion. What failed he had on the van and he presented us multiple options since our unit is old. Since it was repairable, he recommended that we just get it running and plan for a replacement in the future. We greatly appreciate the fast efficient service that was provided to us from subzero temp control.

Just want to our heat went out late at night and we freaked out because it is the coldest it’s ever been this year, we reached out and we had Michael pick up the phone and said they can squeeze us in early in the morning in Vancouver, Washington. The technician that came out, Jason was very sweet and very professional and respectful, they had all the parts in the van and got it repaired. We are very thankful for their service.

So glad I called this company for a second opinion, the first company I called misdiagnosed the problem and our furnace was out for 2 days during the cold time of year. Luckily I called Russ and he had the technician Dennis out right away. Dennis was very thorough and knowledgeable he explained the actual problem and got our furnace working quickly. They explained what was going on, fixed it without any hassle, and had the heat back on quickly. Everything’s been working great since. Solid service and I’d definitely call them again.
