I'm the President of our townhome HOA and have lived in the neighborhood for 15 years. We've enjoyed YardPro several of those years after having some very questionable and expensive companies that we endured until their contract was up. The owner, Craig, is extra mindful and communicates with the board regarding any issues he sees as problematic, or something we could start planning for. The aesthetic condition of our landscaping is important to him as he states its a reflection on his company.

I have been using YardPro NW for almost 3 years to do weekly upkeep to my lawn. They have always done a great job. They are great with landscaping maintenance, irrigation, will trim small limbs from trees, if asked. Their prices are reasonable and will always answer questions you may have about your particular plants, shrubs and trees. So happy I found them when I moved to Vancouver.

Unfortunately one of the most challenging contractors I’ve had to work with. A few things were promised and not accomplished. Two posts were removed as requested but they left the concrete in the ground due to “not wanting to accept the liability“. So the concrete from the old posts sticks out of the ground a couple inches. Craigs knowledge of the permit requirements and engineer requirements for a retaining wall we’re not the same as the City of Vancouver‘s. The attention to detail was poor. See attached photos. Very disappointed in the finish work.

We have a favorable experience with GRO Outdoor Living, from the estimate process to the quality of work by their crew. They stuck to their estimate and completed the job in a timely fashion. They perform excellent service to our community. Price is great as well. The quality of their work is great, and we would definitely recommend them.

We had numerous landscape lights relocated and upon inspecting them that first evening I noted that one of them was very dim and I thought would need replacing. Our Experience Manager, Johnny Burrows, came out and determined that we could just replace the bulb. He made multiple trips to the vendor to ensure we had the right bulb and the issue was resolved that day! This is why we use GRO for all major landscape projects. They ensure the work is completed as expected and that the customer is satisfied

I have been working with this landscaping company for over a year and I could not be more pleased with the service they provide to us. This is a large property, but the team is immaculate in their detail and consistency. The grass is green and even, the weeds are nowhere to be found, and their schedule means all the things that need attended to get attention at the right time! Could not be more pleased! Johnny Burrows is my GEM and is exceedingly communicative and thorough! This is a great business relationship and definitely recommend their services!

Great follow up, very kind and patient. Just swung by the house really quick between appointments to take a look at my sprinkler system that they rebuilt for me. I could not get it to work. He figured it out in 2 minutes. It was a single control wire that needed to be reconnected to talk to the valve boxes.

I’ve been working on it for a week.

GRO was very professional, provided quality work. Johnny Burrows was responsive to our questions and was great to work with as project manager.

We bought our house from people who weren't able to care for the yard, so it was a mess. Theirs was the "Oh, we like this plant, let's get it - and figure out where to put it later" method, so the "garden" was random, and not pleasantly so. NOW, though, the front and back have new sod, new plants, and even better, new stairs from the deck. It looks great and we are very happy with it. The crew was professional and friendly, and got the job done with no wasted time. Yay!
