We scheduled an 8:00a Quote appointment. The vendor was a no-show and no call to re-schedule. I reached out to the vendor who said they had a crew member call in sick and wasn't able to make the appointment, but forgot to call. Did not choose to continue with the vendor due to perceptions of unreliability and lack of professionalism to call and re-schedule. Going with a competitive bid instead.

Our homeowners association contracted with Clark County Paving at the end of last summer to remove and replace areas of deteriorated asphalt paving in our road system. They did a site review with us and we jointly agreed on the scope of repair. The work was scheduled in phases to accommodate our homeowners access and completed in two 12 hour days just prior to the onset of winter. We started late in the paving season to bid this work so the hot seal of various cracks in the original pavement and the application of a sealcoat was deferred to summer this year. In addition to the paving scope we had CCP modify the slope of a section of roadway for easier vehicle access. The original developer had chosen to pave over a steep existing slope and it was a unusable for long wheelbase delivery trucks and travel trailers. The owners, Paul and Michael, are very knowledgeable in all types of paving and excavation and take a personal interest in making certain their clients receive the highest level of quality and service. It has been a pleasure working with them and recommend their company to anyone in need of paving or excavation services.

I called this company to get a bid on my private house which is a large job over $10,000 I also explained to them I work for a contractor who has some paving jobs needed so this wasn't a small job and that more work would be had if it was quality that being said I expected decent service I understand sometimes with smaller jobs they but you at the bottom of the line it took 2 weeks before someone called me back to schedule an estimate by that time I had planned on using someone else and had made other calls but since they called I figured I'd give them a shot they said they would be there at a certain time and day I was there canceled other meetings to make the time and date
they gave me. They never showed and never called after a couple hours I called them to let them know I will not be using their services. I expected this from them because I experienced this 10 plus years ago when trying to get asphalt bids I was hoping it would be different

As residents who live on a shared road that is located on a very steep hill, we had reservations on whether our road could be paved. Paul, the owner of Clark County Paving, reassured us that the hill would not be a problem and his crew has done many jobs similar to ours. Our driveway, which was 987 feet long, was completed in two days at the end of summer 2014. The crew was very polite and even helped my wife push our 18-month-old daughter up the hill in a stroller while the asphalt was being laid. After the winter, we had a few areas on our driveway that we had questions about, Paul came up and took care of the issue. We are extremely happy customers and could not speak more highly of Clark County Paving. Paul has great character and truly is out to make the customer happy.

AMAZING SERVICE. I've met with several contractors regarding repairing the asphalt on a property that I manage. After experiencing the same conversation with each contractor, that it was not repairable, they weren't sure they could fix the damage, and didn't bid on the project, I made a final call to Clark County Paving in hopes they could help. Michael came out to look at the asphalt, she explained to me the differences in materials, the possible resolutions and obstacles, and then she went out of her way to bring in her suppliers to investigate the material. She has provided BY FAR the best service of any contractor I have ever worked with!

Also impressed with the crew taking a few minutes and just chatting with us, very personable, some businesses don't realize how important that is.

Clark County Paving just completed applying sealant, crack/hole repair on my driveway that was neglected for 20 years. They did an absolutely stellar job. The people who came to my home were on time, courteous and professional. They didn't shy away from hard work which is so rare.
I particularly appreciate the fact that they didn't get any splashes of the sealant material on my house, any of the walkways or on any landscaping. They were hyper neat. Hiring a paving company can be fraught with doubt..You can't go wrong with Clark County Paving. Very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.
