Yuri came same day and gave me a reasonable quote for free. Other companies would charge you just to get a quote. We ended up fixing the leak ourselves but I had excellent experience with Yuri and with the scheduling team. They were flexible in scheduling and reasonably priced. All in all I felt they were putting me (the customer) first. Also forgot to mention that they gave me a quote that’s half the price of another company’s quote. They didn’t charge me for the inspection while the other company said they won’t but then they almost reverted that decision for an unknown reason.

Yuri came out to investigate standing water in our crawlspace, which we suspected was caused by a leak in our laundry room or bathroom. He confirmed the leak was not related to any of our plumbing, and didn't charge us for the diagnosis. Two thumbs up, very honest businessman. Thanks Yuri!
