Tree reviews in Vancouver, Washington

Travis and his team were out yesterday to remove two problem trees from our backyard as well as trim up some other trees on our property. Travis had come by a few weeks prior and given us an estimate for everything and answered a lot of questions. We have a pretty small back yard and not a lot of access to get the limbs to the front yard and in the chipper. They were a team of three and very efficient and knowledgeable about trees.
They did a great job, cleaned up any mess, and my trees and yard look great! Definitely would recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Arbor City Tree Care. When a tree fell on our house during a winter storm, Travis and the team came out the very same day, tarped off our home, and even brought sandbags to keep us protected. The next day they had a crane out to lift the tree off the house—truly going above and beyond.

They just finished some tree trimming for us as well, and once again Travis and his team did a fantastic job. Arbor City Tree Care is professional, efficient and reliable. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thess guys did such a fantastic job. I called and asked for last minute help as a surprise for my wife. They came same day and took out three trees, cleaned up the area, and had it looking so clean and tidy my wife almost didnt notice the trees were gone! Lol.

Highly recommend this company. Incredibly responsive, fairly priced, and obviously good people.

They did an excellent job trimming our trees and doing some landscaping. Very fast and professional. Thank you for the great work!

Jevah and her crew do a fantastic job, really paying attention to the details. If you are looking for a top-notch operation, don't hesitate to give One Hope a try!

These folks are just the best. Fair, prompt, thorough and safe. Thanks, One Hope!

Nightmare to work with. They came out, inspected the tree, gave me an amount which my insurance covered. Then they refused to finish the job. Still wanted payment in full and started showing up before 8 a.m. to threaten me. During work they brought their wives and children, had a fast food picnic and threw all the wrappers around my pasture ! Never again.

One Hope is an excellent tree service. They have pruned my Mimosa tree twice once in 2019 and most recently Sept 2023 (along with taking out a dead birch). They were on time, professional and most importantly they are tree artists.

I have a big beautiful tree that needed trimmed. I called two companys One Hope Tree Service responded right away with a reasonable bid. They did a fine job of prunning the tree and left the area very clean. I will use this Company agin.
