These folks were great to deal with and the work they did was nothing short of amazing.
They did all the excavation for a guest cottage/office we had built in our backyard. They excavated for the foundation and also did ditches for the wiring and plumbing, one of which needed to go all the way down the side of the house, across our front yard, and directly through some really important mature shrubbery out to the street.
Not only did they work very quickly and efficiently, the work they did was as minimally disruptive as I can imagine. The foundation excavation was neat, accurate, and ready to go. The ditch that ran through the front yard shrubbery is hardly noticeable--almost unbelievable, actually. Hardly anything was damaged. Everything went back perfectly to the way it was before they started--little short of miraculous, in my view.
They also did a great little rockery for us that stabilizes a low bank near the new structure. Again, the final product is lovely and, also amazingly, there was almost no disruption whatever to several mature shrubs within a foot or two of where they did the work.
If you're looking for someone who really knows their stuff, who will work quickly and efficiently with the absolute minimum disruption, and who will leave behind a site that is at least as neat and clean and probably a great deal better than they found it, I believe Greentree is who you need.

These two (Phil and Shelby) are nothing short of amazing. I've worked with them, and even Phil's father (Rick) for over 20 years. Amazing people. Hard work. Excellent outcomes.

Greentree Dozing is the best. Phil and Shelby submitted the lowest bid on a complex new septic system install, had a great relationship with the designer and the County, and did timely work on budget. They also came out quickly to our property to assist with retaining wall repair and have delivered fill and other materials, and have helped on any septic questions post-installation. Terrific people and business to work with.

I can't say enough good stuff about Greentree Dozing!! We've known them for 15 years when they cleared trees, put in our driveway, created a path for our well to be dug, and brought in good soil to cover our entire yard when our house was finished being built. They also created garden beds to go around our house with rockery to terrace some areas. They built a frame to hold wood chips for our play structure to be built on. SO many cedar play chips brought in!!

Over the years they've always been there for a load of gravel or dirt and in a timely fashion at affordable prices. Most recently, Phil, Shelby, and their daughters came to help us on a Saturday afternoon widen our driveway for a trailer delivery. They exceeded our expectations and the project turned out perfectly!! I loved how their daughters pitched in to help too. It had to be built up several feet with multiple loads of dirt, compacted, and then layered with gravel. I'm always amazed at how effortlessly Phil can move a pile of dirt EXACTLY where it needs to go and Shelby can dump a load of dirt or gravel precisely where it needs to be!! The driveway was good and sturdy and held up beautifully during the transport of the trailer. We couldn't have moved in our trailer without them!!

If you have any projects around your property, they are the ones to call!! I know they install septics, do rock work, driveways, site prep for building projects and so much more.
We love working with them and know who we will call for our next project and you should too!! I wish I had more pictures of the amazing work they've done!!

Phil and Shelby came to our rescue the same day we called them, working as a team to diagnose the issue and zeroing in on the problem within an hour. These two are very knowledgeable about septic systems and drain fields and what’s necessary to keeps them operating effectively. Their ability to camera
-scope underground plumbing provided immediate feedback and peace of mind.
