Reviews of local pros in Veradale, Washington

Jeff and his team were great to work with while they finished our basement. They were professional, did quality work, finished on time and under budget. Would highly recommend.

Jeff is honest and reliable. We are very satisfied with the work that has been done at our home. I have referred Jeff to others.

Heinemann will not be your lowest bid but you get what you pay for. The work will be done right and on time. Our job was completed on time and came out just as we had hoped for.

We have been so pleased with Jeff Heinemann and his crew! They all showed up on time, were polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. And, they all did a fantastic job!

We used Heinemann Construction LLC for our kitchen remodel. We were very satisfied with the whole process and the end result. Highly recommend!

We had our living/kitchen/dining room and vaulted ceiling painted by this company. They arrived when they said they would, were done in the time promised, were absolutely professional, and the paint job is perfect. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier. Jeff and his team were professional and transparent with every detail of the project, from the bidding process to completion. Beautiful quality work, finished early AND under budget! Highly recommend and would trust his team with any home improvement project we have going forward.

Heinemann Construction completed a Greta deal of work on our home, including kitchen remodel, interior painting, flooring, as well as demo of exterior patio, decks, and driveway with reinstallation of new concrete driveway and patio. The crew was very professional and the end result was exactly what we had envisioned.

Drew and his crew did a fantastic job painting our home and shop and refinishing our front doors. They were professional, friendly and extremely hard working. We have had many contractors work with us and this crew ranks in the top 2 (along with Trimwerks) as the BEST IN SPOKANE!!

Would give them 10 stars if we could! Highly recommend them. Thanks Drew!!

Heinemann Construction did a fabulous job on our kitchen remodel. Jeff and his team were extremely professional. They were there everyday until the job was done. I would highly recommend Heinemann Construction!!!

I was in an accident and paralized from the waist down. I play cards with Jeff but didn't know he was in the construction business. I got his number from another guy I play cards with and called him and told him my situation. He started the demolition process the next day and worked a miracle to get my house ADA Compliant. I was able to move into my house directly from Rehabilitation. I am very grateful to have known Jeff and all the work that he did to allow me to live in my house.
The work included remodeling the bathroom including building a walk-in shower replacing all the carpet in the house with wood, building ramps, widening doors, and taking down walls. I highly recommend Jeff and Heineman Construction for any construction work you may have.

We had a new fireplace face installed to replace an older one. It is beautiful and we have had many positive comments on it.

Very happy with the paint job I had them do. They were careful, clean and did a great job.

Heinamann Construction did a great job with multiple projects at my home this summer/fall. The bathroom remodel was even better than I pictured it. Jeff configured the space to fit a larger shower and tub and made the space much brighter. At the same time, he coordinated a new roof, fascia, gutters, and siding. Everything looks great!

We purchased a 1958 rancher style home in Spokane Valley WA. It had an ugly two bedroom 1970s style in-law apartment in the basement that we wanted upgraded with a modern kitchen and a new laundry room. Heinemann Construction came in and installed all new ceilings with LED can lights throughout. Modern plumbing and electrical both upstairs and downstairs. Very nice laundry room in an unfinished section of the basement. They also installed a dry-well outside for proper rainwater drainage. These guys were very efficient, on time every day, and cleaned up. They knew what they were doing and got things done every day. They gave us the modernization we wanted and then some. We were very pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again because we know the finished product would be accomplished efficiently and professionally. Thanks for all your hard work guys. Five stars and two thumbs up here⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍👍

Prompt, professional, friendly and top quality work. Having two new bathrooms added to our old home. Jeff was great with the estimating process and moved quickly once we approved the quote. I'm really impressed with the whole Heinemann crew. Their work is high quality and done right. The drywall finisher is among the best I've ever seen, definitely level 5 workmanship. I'm so pleased with this experience, I have some other remodeling projects for them when this one is completed.

Heinemann Construction is fantastic! Jeff had everything lined up from permits, electricians, plumbers, inspectors, mudders, painters, floor installation, cabinets, tilers, everybody ready to make my vision a reality. Super impressed with all the workers.

Jeff did a kitchen remodel for me 10 years ago and has done another smaller bathroom project for me since then. His quality work has held up well. He is so easy to work with and I trust his input, besides being just a great guy. I look forward to working with him again.

Heinemann Construction LLC provided an exceptional experience for our whole house refresh. Jeff meticulously detailed the estimate, breaking it down by individual projects, which made the process seamless. Working with him has been a true pleasure—his commitment to quality workmanship and honesty truly sets this company apart. Highly recommend!

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job with our home remodel. It was a big project, mudroom/laundry addition, whole kitchen, staircase railing, living room cabinets. They worked within our budget and gave great advice for the space. Always prompt and timely , we even finished earlier than we expected. We’ve already recommended him to family and friends.
