Terrible customer service, Dwayne and Gregg were both blatantly rude after their scheduling issue. I called the office and was told they were coming about four. They then called me ten mins later and said they were almost to my house at one. I was supposed to have a call when they were 20 mins out but they gave me ten mins and I was 15 mins away. They refused to coordinate with me at all.

Danny & the crew at Tompkins went out of their way to quickly set me up with shipping bolts to move my front-load washer. All were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'd not hesitate to send business their way, and am glad two friends suggested I try them.

Great service and great family owned business. Greg is great and I told him about the very friendly receptionist and found out it's his daughter. They took care of my washer in no time and were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

From beginning to the end, their service was flawless! Initially, I called to set up an appointment for my dryer to be repaired. I did not have the model # nor serial # for the dryer(it had been worn off by previous owners). The lovely woman who set my appointment put in a call to see if Greg(the owner?)could fix it w/o this info. She then called me back to say that the next available date was filling up, and I should make an appointment soon. DONE! Greg then called me the next morning and asked me to send photos of my broken dryer. He said he could probably identify what this issue was based on the pictures. Great! The next day I received a call that they could move up my appointment up one day. Perfect! Greg showed up(on time-with a phone call first, letting me know he was going to be here in about 25 mins.), and replaced all the parts my very broken needed. In less than one hour! Amazing! Thank you Greg and your staff for making this so easy. You were my 3rd attempt to get this fixed without a model # and serial #. I will request Tompkins Appliance Services from my warranty company the next time I have an appliance that is out of commission!

Our oven quit coming up to temperature, so I called American Home Shield to file a claim. Tompkins set up our appointment, communicated throughout the process, arrived on time for the appointment, replaced the part, and tested the oven to be sure it was working properly. We’re very pleased with their customer service and their professionalism and friendliness. We live in the Tri-Cities.

This company is very unprofessional, lack of communication, waited 5 weeks to find out they were not able to get our cooktop- then blamed the cooktop and situation on us for constantly calling to ask what was happening with our claim.
Sadly this business has a lack of professionalism.

We had an issue with our fridge and we couldn’t quite Figure out what was happening. Thankfully I gave Tompkins a call! They came over and diagnosed the problem right away and ordered the part that same day. A couple days later the part came in and they were quick to come over and get it installed. Now our fridge is back to brand new! Thank you Tompkins Appliance for being professionals and helping us in a timely manner!

We had a great experience getting our dryer fixed with Tompkins. The communication was great, and Danny was friendly and quickly diagnosed and replaced a broken heating element. Thanks guys!

Greg was nice, super knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the issue well, came out right away and even though he had to order a part, our oven was fixed within a couple days of calling. Definitely will call Tompkins in the future if anything else breaks! Thanks Greg

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism from Tompkins Appliance. I had a scheduled appointment for appliance service, and less than 24 hours before it was supposed to happen, they cancelled via email—no phone call, and no attempt to reschedule.

This last-minute cancellation was not only inconvenient, but it also shows a complete lack of respect for my time. I had taken time off and rearranged my schedule around this appointment, only to be left hanging.

Communication is a basic part of customer service, and Tompkins Appliance failed miserably. If this is how they handle appointments, I can only imagine the quality of their actual service. The Walla Walla Valley is a small place with limited resources and I truly believe Tompkins Appliance is aware of this. I won’t be recommending Tompkins Appliance to anyone who values reliability and professionalism. Rather I will be recommending Dependable Appliance in Pasco. They are kind, respectful and repair all brands!

Laura in the office was super helpful and coordinated repairs swiftly. Her team was able to diagnose the issue on my new stove and did a warranty repair with the manufacture. Thanks!

They came the same day I called, ordered the part and fixed it the next day. Awesome service…Fast, polite, and reliable. Highly recommend them. Being without a refrigerator isn’t much fun.

I have used Tompkins for many repairs. Not only do they respond quickly, they get the work done in a timely manor. I wouldn’t consider any other service.

Daniel Pedroza is the best. He recently repaired my 35-year old washer that I thought was a goner. He was knowledgeable, efficient and prompt. He also gave me good suggestions on newer washers. You are in good hands with Daniel.
