Great experience with W2 Electric. I had them add a 100A panel and Tesla Charger in my garage. Quote was very fair - comparable to a job I had done at another house in the Portland area. Great office communication on scheduling the work (Thanks Kristy). Mike and Caleb showed up on time, installed the added panel and charger and left the job site spotless. Professional all around. And friendly - exactly the kind of people you want working at your home. They also scheduled the inspection the next day to meet my schedule - which I’m sure required some extra effort. I’d highly recommend putting Walla Walla Electric high on your list (at the top) if you need electric work done. You will not be disappointed.

Almost got ran over by walla walla eletric company truck. It is illegal to move your vehicle until the pedestrian in the cross walk is one full lane away from yours, and I was close enough to almost touch this vehicle. My 2 year old toddler was walking with me when this happened. Please educate your drivers and persuade them not to almost run over a dad and son just so he can make his light.

Great company to do business with! Tom came out and not only restored my electricity, but hardwired the issues so I won't have to worry about another occurance. He's very professional, knowledgeable and most of all just a pleasant, friendly individual! I'll be using ww Electric and requesting Tom for any Electric concerns in the future. I just want to give a huge thank you to the gentleman who stopped by my grandparents’ home to help with their clothes dryer. I wasn’t in town and, honestly, wouldn’t have known how to fix it myself—so I’m incredibly grateful for the support.

Thank you for sending Louie this morning. He identified the problem. It wasn't actually a bad smoke detector. Changed all my batteries for me. He wired the house when it was originally built. He well represents Doyle Electric!

Tried to get service three times on different days. Office staff was friendly but couldn’t provide a quote or timeline on when I could receive a quote. Would have loved to give a good review but it was let down all the way around.

Needed an electrician to hard wire spotlights and run lines in the attic. 1.5 hour job. Only, the electrician who showed up was well over 200 lbs. I asked if there was any risk for someone his size to be walking in an attic. Well, he ended up fracturing the drywall in the house and throughout garage. It’s been 3 months of me contacting them and their drywall contractor to no avail. In fact, on one call I made to the electrician’s manager, he got on the phone thinking I was a drywall guy, and then proceeding to make disparaging remarks about me. He said that I was “real picky”. Well, If expecting a contractor to do the work agreed upon without trashing my property is “real picky”, then I’m guilty as charged.

Dragging their feet to mitigate the damages they caused for over 3 months. I had to do the repairs myself. Many other contractors I’ve hired have treated our house like it was their own. The people at Doyle Electric must live in barns.

Highly recommend. Straight forward, and put your customer first attitude. Damon and the team has hoped me out many times for various well/pump/electric issues. They are amazing to work with.

Never returned my call. Waited 4 days. Finally got a different electrician from another company and they not only called me right back but set me up for the next morning. Thirty minute job. Pretty disappointing to be ignored. I've always liked Doyle.

I had a situation where our breaker box would short out and not allow us to have power after trying to switch out a light switch. It was something I had done with previous outlets myself and was successful at. In this case it was not successful and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was. We had no power as a result because it caused the breaker box to short out and spark. We were desperate because we had food that was getting warm from the Power being out. I called Walla Walla Electric first but they were all booked and could not help me. I called Doyle Electric and told the receptionist of our situation. She was very nice and was trying to get us some help despite being booked. I called back because I haven’t heard anything and that could be because of my phones settings. Cheryl answered and was able to get someone who was able to help. David was on call and went out of his way to help me. It was after hours when he had left. I was so grateful because they did not have to do that. They were so booked and I am not the only person who needed help with Electrical and they still chose to take extra time to help even though they did not have to. That was awesome of him. He was nice and informed us on what happened. Great Service
