Moller’s Plumbing was exceptionally professional, kind & efficient. Brayden was very knowledgeable and scheduling was a breeze.

Moller Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new water heater. Very prompt, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

Braden was professional, courteous and friendly. He capped off the gas from the stove, removed the stove, installed a new dishwasher, and fixed a toilet. We will definitely call Moller's Plumbing Service for the next job.

I had heard good things about them and their communication for scheduling/arriving was great. They were able to get in within 24 hours. The work generally seemed good (I’m not a plumber so *shrug*) but there was a decent mess after they left and the pipe started leaking very mildly again. I let them know and they scheduled to come back the next day. I get the impression the plumber was put out by this as he slapped a bunch of silicone messily on the pipe, wiped silicone on the floor, used a dish towel to wipe his hands off (there were paper towels on the wall near him), and a bit grumpily confirmed on the way out that it wouldn’t leak again. I didn’t find the dish towels until a few days later and they had to be thrown away.
I don’t know what the industry standard is for customer service, returning the work space back to how it was found, or utilization of customer towels but I won’t be using them again and will try my luck with someone else.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Our water heater went out late on a Sunday while my husband was traveling. They arrived properly Monday morning & the entire thing was replaced by noon! The owners were great to work with, from the initial call, to the house visit, so thoughtful, thorough, respectful of our home, and transparent on both quotes provided. We will use Miller’s exclusively in the future. We are happy to support such a great local business. Thank YOU!

This is the third Plumber we have tried since purchasing a house in Walla Walla. We finally found a reputable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced plumbing company. They did great work on two showers. We will use them again.

I just had to have my hot water heater replaced. He was here within a day, the tank was set the following day! Fair pricing and such a nice man. It's hard to find that now days. I am so thankful and will send all my business to Ken Adams from now on.

I was very pleased with the work John and Colton did on our sewer line. They came out the same day I requested assistance, notified me of their arrival and treated the problem. They went beyond that to show me what and where the problem is. Both gentlemen were super nice, not bothered by the nosey dogs and child. I always call A1 for my plumbing needs, for my home and my rentals.

My husband I bought a new fridge that needed a water line installed to be able to use the ice/water dispenser. I called several plumbing offices in town, but couldn’t find someone come out sooner than later, so I called A-1 plumbing and spoke with a Sara, who was very kind and professional. I explained to her that my new fridge was being delivered within the next few days, and she was able to get me scheduled with 2 days! The 2 plumbers that came out were very polite, explained the process to us, and had everything installed within an hour. I will definitely be calling them to come and do some outside faucet repairs soon. Highly recommended A-1 plumbing 🪠

Today I had Mike M. and James W. out to do a residential plumbing system inspection (something they do for for A-1members), they were scheduled to come between 1-3, but were running ahead of schedule, so came by to see if they could start early, of course I said they could, they both introduced themselves, and started the inspection, I had been wanting 2 new toilets, and they told me they could install them today. They left long enough to go pick up 2 toilets and had them installed in a few short hours. Both men were kind, and efficient, explained everything they were going to perform with prices. I HIGHLY recommend A-1 plumbing, and we will definitely have them back to do our outside water spigots in the next few weeks! Thank you Mike and James.
