Our furnace stopped blowing hot air in the middle of winter and Instant Heating and Cooling LLC came through the same day and were able to get the heat running in no time. Great company to work with! Would highly recommend!

I was referred to Instant Heating & Cooling by a friend who had used them many times before with great results. I'm paying it forward and writing a referral here, so you might benefit from using them as well. I hired IH&C to inspect and service the neglected HVAC system in a home I just purchased (Carrier AC, Lennox Furnace, and AprilAire Filtration).
IH&C was on time for the appointment, conducted themselves professionally, explained what they were going to do during the service, and promptly began work. They were very thorough and showed great attention to detail. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the information provided to me regarding the state of my system and recommendations for optimal operation and maintenance. At the end of the service, I was able to make payment directly using Venmo and received detailed statement and invoice the following day.
It is great to see tradesmen that take pride in their work, it is even better when they are friendly and easy to work with. It felt good to give my business to a small family owned and operated business that cares about their reputation and quality of service.

Update: Greg did an amazing job making sure its clean and it runs efficiently. We didn't realize but the companies we used in the past never took it as far as he did.

Fantastic service and very professional team of installers. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. The ductless AC system they recommended and installed is perfect for the new room we have built.

I called one place in a said for their food to come out would be well over $200, Dan's top notch was able to beat them quite easily without even asking!
