Sprouts Lawn care does unsatisfactory work and is unprofessional. When they first started to do our lawn, it looked great. They spent about 1/2hr on it every time they came over. Well, I hate to say this but they’ve gone downhill. I don’t know if management changed or what. Now, they just hurry up and do the job (mow grass & occasionally weed wack when we ask and we HAVE to ask). It’s like they’re in a huge hurry to get it done. They spend maybe about 10min on our lawn. I know this because I timed them once, lol. Yes, I’m that person. When I pay a nice price for lawn care then I expect somewhat good service. :)
We also get to watch them vape when they’re riding the lawnmower. There have also been times where they went over a wrapper (w/lawn mower) and didn’t pick it up after going over it. Yes, sometimes the wind will blow things in our yard and we miss to pick it up. But it would be nice to have them either help pick it up or pick it up after the fact. It also takes them forever to text you back. WAS a good little company but somethings changed and we have to take out business elsewhere.
