After initially getting 3 bids to remove trees, I was most impressed with Toptree’s prices & service! I contracted them to remove 4 trees & prune up one during the course of 1 - 3 years, I have worked with three crews sent to perform these services, I will say most emphatically that these crews were not only professional & conscientious of cleaning the site up, they are supremely personable!

We used Top Tree to help remove trees on a difficult acre parcel of property. They were on time, efficient, reasonably priced and did a great job! I would definitely recommend!

I had Top Tree remove the 60' tree in my front yard as well as stump grinding and some root removal. They did a fantastic job, had great communication throughout the process, this is a company I would definitely recommend and use again myself..

Phillip contacted us and took care of all issues. We are happy with the way he handled the follow-up. We would use them again and would recommend them.
The trees look nice. We were happy with the work done. However, they broke a fence board, left an empty Monster energy drink can in our yard, sliced a hose and "rearranged" a few railroad ties in the driveway.
A woman called the next week to see how it went. I told her the work was good and let her know about the fence board and other minor issues. She said she would have someone call me to discuss. She & I spoke on Monday. It is now Friday and no call.
I would use them again and would recommend them. HOWEVER, I would advise homeowners to be present when the work is done.

Before you read further there is one thing you must understand. I DO NOT leaves reviews. This is the exception. The team is absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. From what I could see they took their time while making sure I was comfortable with the process, answering questions the whole time. They took my property into consideration and made sure all was clear before they began work. This is the only company that I can recommend for tree trimming services.

Pretty unhappy with these folks. I set up a time to remove a tree as I wanted to be around when the large tree came down. They arrived 3 hours early and were done when I arrived at the appointment time. Asked to get the wood that was run through the chipper, they claimed they did not know where the truck was even though it had just left the house. Arranged to have them deliver a load of shredded wood in the spring. Provided the address and phone number to call when they were ready. I was assured this would happen. It did not. I was told they were always looking for places to get rid of the wood shreds, but this makes me wonder if they had arranged to sell my wood shreds as mulch to someone.
Seems like I spoke to a different person each time but none of them knew what was going on with my job. Finally- I had asked for the trunk to be cut up into firewood lengths. which was done, but only about a third of the tree. Deliberate or just not planned well, this has left me unhappy with the service.

We called three places in the Tri Cities to remove a couple trees and grind the stumps. Phil from Top Tree came out and gave a us a bid and it was a few hundred less than the other places and they were only taking the trees down, his price included stump grinding. They came out on time and did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend Phil and his team to anyone.

We had Top Tree remove a big Sycamore tree from our backyard and are extremely pleased with the service that we received. They were very professional and prompt in taking care of our removal and at each step of the project they followed up with inquiry as to how the project went.

If I had another tree to remove I would definitely put them to work.

I've used this company a few times. Not sure what I like best, the great job they do at very reasonable prices or the friendliness of the guys. I've had them removed some pretty big trees and trim back some others.

From the estimating, to the scheduling, to the performance of the work all the way to billing... this company is truly professional! They followed up when schedule had to change. They kept in communication during the entire process. Their prices were reasonable and their work ethics unquestionable. Protecting lawn and other landscape that could have been potentially damaged. Even adding scope to the work at last minute, they were professional.

I was very pleased with Top Tree Service. The crew was knowledgeable, eager to please, did nice pruning of the arborvitae and shrubs and cleaned up thoroughly.

I contacted Top Tree a few months ago to get an estimate on some tree work that I wanted to have done. The owner, Bryan, came out to my house a day or two later and walked me through his estimation process, so I could better understand how he came to his quoted price. His $2300 bid fell right between the other two estimates I had gotten. After speaking with him for I while, I felt comfortable paying him a little more than the lowest bidder because he was so thorough and knowledgeable. We scheduled a time for his crew to come and harvest the trees. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. When they finished they raked and cleaned up after themselves. The larger branches and trunk were sawed into rounds and donated to a gentleman that show up with a truck and trailer to clear them off my lawn. I would absolutely refer anyone I know to do business with Bryan and his crew. They are TOP NOTCH!!

We had dseveral trees to be removed and a pile of branches and leaves to be removed. The crew arrived on time, and once the forman survveyed the job, they proceeded to get to work. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Considering the extreme heat during the removal, they took several breaks which was to be expected, and still finished the job in record time. They did an excellent job with the clean up phase as well. I highly recommend Top Tree for your tree services!

I would just like to say how happy we were with Top Tree Service. I am a stickler for customer service because it is paramount in my job. Everyone, Phil, Lisa, Rhonda and the whole crew were fantastic. Professional, on time and good communication. We appreciated the service very much.

We used Top Tree for a project this time, because they had previously done an outstanding job trimming some overgrown trees for us. This time a crew of three excellent workers skirted four big spruce trees and removed a birch tree. Excellent quality workmanship, cleaning up the area, courtesy. Will definitely use Top Tree again if needed.
