I HIGHLY recommend Top Tree all around - for their promptness, their communication, their friendly service. The price was one of the better quotes I received and it was done exactly in the timeframe stated. They did an excellent job removing our old stump and grounding down the roots. Prior to coming onsite, they notified me of a technician who would be there to inspect our lot for any underground plumbing/wiring, etc. Really appreciated the communication - made for a very easy job. Lisa at the office provided outstanding customer service. Thank you again!

Professional and timely company. Each step of the way the office kept in-contact with us (day before, day-of, day after). The guys arrived on the job and were great: they worked their way through the trees at an efficient but thorough pace. I was referred to Top Tree by a colleague, and am glad we went with Phil and his crew. Overall, I couldn't be happier with these folks.

We had Ryan come up to our cabin the first of this week to bid the removal of 6 dead trees and stump grinding of several more. We also had him give bids for a few of our cabin neighbors work. His bid was very reasonable and he moved our service date up to the same week due to weather. He and his tree-faller (Justin) arrived on time and got right to work. Their expertise in falling the trees was amazing. You can tell they love what they do. They helped us clean up and move the sections of trees where we needed them. We couldn’t be more impressed! We highly recommend Top Tree Service, LLC. We will be letting all of our fellow cabin owners know for any future work needed. Thank you again Ryan and Justin!

They started at the same time I had to go to work. While at work I got a call from one of my senior neighbors saying that the nicest young man came to the door to tell her that some branches from our tree fell over the fence but not to worry, they would be right over to pick them up. Not only did they pick up the branches from our tree, they hauled off a broken branch from their tree at no charge. They did a fabulous job on our hedge and took out our tree and left the yard in great shape. They were on time and great to work with. I highly recommend them

The customer service by TopTree is outstanding. They've got a great team from Phil, Lisa, and Rhonda. They worked with me on prune a large maple in my yard to what I wanted, and what's healthy and best for the tree. Scheduling was easy, and TopTree called to follow-up to make sure I was happy with the job. It's a great company and people to work with!

The crew that came out to our home had quite the giant to wrestle. Top Tree won!! Although, the tree came out more put together and beautiful than the crew did. The gents were on time, performed exceptionally well in the hot sun, smoky air, and confined space. I was incredibly nervous I’d be giving up shade and privacy, but the knowledge of Top Tree proved they were the right guys for the job. They were respectful of my love for nature and critters and I couldn’t believe how much the young men knew about nearly everything in my yard! I’m very satisfied with the crew’s tidiness to my yard, the neighbor’s yard, and the lot behind my home. So thankful for Top Tree! With so much gratitude and appreciation, I recommend Top Tree to my community. I strongly recommend the crew receive a raise—they earned it and deserve it!

The service and staff at Top Tree is top shelf! They did an amazing job removing a huge 80 year old tree on our property line. It was done all while being careful of surrounding vegetation and lawns. Would absolutely recommend.

Highly recommend this company. I had a tree come down on the front of my property. I got quotes from three different companies. Top Tree underbid them all by $400 and since I was bidding for extra trees on my land too, they took another $500 off of the overall bid. Two crews showed up at 7:15am and they took out 8 trees, the fallen tree, and a big brush pile by 4pm. Would absolutely hire them again.

The crew came to the house and were very professional. I shook hands with each of them and appreciated the work they were doing. I left to work and came home to a tree gone and a great clean up job. I would recommend.

Top Tree Service was outstanding in their response to our emergency situation.. A huge poplar had broken away and had fallen, nearly crushing our neighbors fence! With 3 giant trees still standing ( barely) Phil made it out to our property within 45 minutes, assessed the potential danger… A top notch “Top Tree” crew arrived soon thereafter…Tyson Eric &Tom had all 3 poplars down within 2 hours! Incredible! Very hard working! Very professional!! Awesome job Top Tree!

Had Top Tree come out to look at a couple of birch trees on our property that were in really rough shape. Was hoping we could save them but appreciated Phil’s honesty when he came out and let me know that he didn’t recommend pouring a bunch of money into trying to save them as they were too far gone. At my request he emailed me an estimate for removal of the trees and I was shocked at how fair the pricing was. The next week they were scheduled to come out and remove the trees and grind the stumps. Everyone we have communicated with has been wonderful, especially Lisa. We are pleased with the job they did and highly recommend Tree Top.

Great work! Trimmed my tall arborvitae hedge just right and perfectly level. It was hard work spending several hours on a cherry picker lift. Same attention to detail with shaping and thinning my flowering cherry trees. Top Tree goes the extra mile to make it just the way the customer wants!

I have used Top Tree since 2018. They have removed a massive sugar maple tree that was dying, provided spray treatments for my apple tree and treated my birch tree for birch borers. Top Tree has been helpful and professional every time. When I had to have the maple tree removed, they understood that I was truly sad to lose such a beautiful old tree and were very respectful and understanding. Ryan Hone is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my tree care questions and Rhonda and the office staff are friendly and very competent. Top Trees prices are the best I've found in the Tri-Cities. I recommend them regularly to friends and coworkers.

After 16 years I decided to redo the landscaping in my front yard, but in order to do that I needed a tree and two bushes removed. My experience with Top Tree was excellent starting with the fee estimate through the removal and stump grinding and finally the cleanup. Their technicians did an outstanding job and they were fast and efficient. My advice is to stay out of their way and let them do what they do. Great work at a reasonable cost. And their office staff was very pleasant and informative.

We had a great experience with Top Tree! The office staff is very friendly and responsive. The crew that came to take about 6 feet off the bottom of our spruce tree did an amazing job! You can tell that they care about their work and did a great job with clean up! We would recommend this company for sure.

I asked for recommendations for tree removal companies in a local gardening group and got several names. I got bids from those who took the time to respond (some just didn’t) and went with Top Tree. All I I have to say is, “Wow!”

They worked with me to get the work done sooner (our road is being resurfaced next week and I really wanted to get it done before). They gave reminder calls and let us know exactly what work would done on which day. Their teams arrived on time, as expected, were friendly and completed the work in a professional manner. (Three different crews on three different days - tree removal, stump grinding, and stump grinding cleanup.)

When the job was finished, they didn’t just leave a bill on the door - they had a representative call a few days later to ask if we were happy with their services and to see how (email or snail mail) we’d like to get the bill.

There were no hidden charges, the cost to have 2 medium-sized silver maples removed, including the wood and stumps, was about 60% that of other bids.

I just have to say that if you need tree service here in the Tri-Cities, give Top Tree a call! Every person I dealt with from scheduling to dispatch, sales to clean-up was so kind and helpful. This business is one of the best I’ve worked with in maintaining my home.

Top Tree is fast to respond. Our tree lost several large branches and had more broken ones waiting to fall. They had an estimate and scheduled us right away. They were fast, clean, and professional. I would recommend them.

From start to finish, working with Top Tree was fantastic. Customer service, sells rep, and the service tech were all very professional, kind, knowledgeable, affordable, and accommodating. They all provided excellent customer service. I am very pleased that my neighbor gave me the recommendation to work with Top Tree for my…. rather large project. (Three large tree stumps, and 20 odd bushes around the property needed removal.) I cannot wait to continue on in the next steps in my long term landscaping goals.

We have worked with Top Tree a couple times. This last time was to cut a large pine tree down in our backyard. And they did as good a job the second time as the first. An estimator came out right away, we talked through the job and they had a crew out in less than a week. The crew had great equipment which included a remote operated hoist and a track mount log hauler. They got the tree down and hauled away and avoided any collateral damage to the yard. A few days later they removed the stump with a remote operated stump remover. Great crews, great equipment and professional service. We were very happy with their work.

Had them prune the smaller branches off a major major branch of me huge sycamore, to lessen the force of wind to make them safer in wind storms. This major major branch is over our house, and makes us a bit concerned, so had it pruned.

Rob was excellent at being the Top Tree front man, doing estimates, and checking on the pruning. I used Top Tree like 10 years ago and was happy with that work; Ryan was the front man and, I hear, he's the boss of Top Tree. The Admin, Kamryn, was also excellent at making arrangements and billing.

The climber was Robert who had the exciting job of going up into the tree on ropes, cutting 1-2" branches. Amano and Hosea were the ground crew. They were safe and respectful. Would have them all again.
