How this company got 2 stars if all reviews are 0/1 stars.I give also 0 star.I contacted a guy name Brian who is a project manager and who is obviously a JOKE.I am a contractor who was looking for more jobs and this guy just wasted my time for three days sending me 1 email per day and then canceling it.He ended up sending me 40 miles away to the project for bidding it ,when i entered the unit i saw that absolutely nothing is ready for bidding. He has sent me just to a random project ,when i told him about it he said:never mind ,have a great day.Now reading reviews about this loser i understand who i dealt with.I called multiple time to talk to him he only TEXTS like a little girl saying that his phone is dying and he can not take my call. When i asked for 50$ gas reimbursement thinking that things happen and may be he d like to fix it,but after reading reviews here i know i was naive.STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY WHO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT REMODELING AND DECENCY!!!

Quite simply the worst company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with, bar none. This is the company that contracts for our condo HoA and I think that guaranteed business is part of what makes them so awful. I'll try to be brief.
1) Claims they can paint our baseboards and nail some stuff back in (simple job) in one day. Only does about 40% of the work first day, says it's because the same techs are concurrently working on other sites (they literally left during lunch to work somewhere else). Ok, a bit unprofessional but stuff happens.
2) Says their boss will reach out to reschedule. Doesn't reach out for two weeks. We leave a voicemail. Doesn't reach out for two weeks after this. Extremely rude on the phone. Ultimately schedules another day to come by.
3) They come by a second time, barely does anything, and then leaves, leaving us confused. They leave a message to our HoA supervisor that it's because "they didn't move any of their furniture out of the way." Except, BOTH THE FIRST TIME AND THIS SECOND TIME THAT THEY CAME, WE ASKED IF WE NEEDED TO MOVE OUR FURNITURE. BOTH TIMES THE RESPONSE FROM THE TECHS WERE "no, if we need to move furniture we can just do it for you. No need to help us with that."
4) Try for weeks again to reschedule, boss is rude on the phone as usual. They schedule us for a Wednesday. That day comes around. No one comes. We call them and they say "we meant next Wednesday." This was a straight up lie on their end.
5) Ok, the next Wednesday comes around. No one shows up again. We call. They say "I don't see you booked in the schedule today."
Good lord, at this point I am heavily considering actions I can take to get remediation for the multiple days I took off from work thinking this company would come as scheduled. This company should not be in business. The only good thing I can say is that the techs themselves are friendly (that's it), but whoever runs this company should NOT be allowed to get by with this. -
From the initial estimate through renovation, AMOR was accessible and answered all questions that arose.

I’m really impressed with Amor Restoration, particularly Robert Clowes and Eleni Adamopolous . They handled the restoration process with great care and attention to detail. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and kept me updated every step of the way. They take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves, I highly recommend them for any restoration needs!

Amor’s worker caused a massive leak in my condo when they were already doing repairs for a water leak. I had a slow leak in my wall and Amor was chosen
by my HOA for the rebuild back in November 2020. Everything Amor touched on my project was made
into a bigger disaster. I was never asked
necessary basics like what color grout I wanted, how I wanted tile to be installed in my windowsill, etc. I had to hold everyone at Amor's hand to get things
done correctly or moving, or stand behind them to ensure they were doing things properly. I essentially managed the whole project myself coordinating the plumbers, insurance, countertop
install, and water mitigation employees on my own. Something they should have been doing. At first, I trusted they would be doing their due diligence. But after no communication, things taking forever, I had to do it myself.
Amor messed up literally everything
they touched. My cabinets were not installed properly my Amor and my dishwasher was improperly installed so it smacked into my stove due to a missing filler board (my stove is now permanently damaged from this), cabinets were hung haphazardly and unevenly, they broke my appliances and took forever to fix them (worker
broke my stove knob and tried to hide it), my cabinet hardware was installed without a jig or template and were all hung crooked, my floor was originally installed improperly and had to be ripped
out and replaced (it needed to be ripped out anyway because Amor’s worker caused a second massive leak in my home when installing my cabinets, essentially starting the entire project over). Amors tile install was the worst mess I have ever seen-- I am sure the worker had never done tile work before: broken tiles, grout everywhere but also missing in corners, no caulking whatsoever, uneven spacing, uneven cuts, no windowsill wrapping, no
Schluter, and tile cut off at odd places rather than extending all the way to the edge of the countertop. Robert at least made the contractor he hired come back and rip out all of the tile work due to how poor it was. Amor did replace all of my cabinet faces that were ruined by the worker, had the tile replaced beautifully, and replaced my stove knob 3 or 4
months later. The least I can say is that they seemed to at least try to make things right... sometimes. If it were one
mistake I wouldn't be writing this. But, they literally messed up every aspect of this project. Every single thing. The only thing that went well was my countertop install, which was done by another company. As for my stove that's damaged from the missing filler-board, I am having to eat that cost. A third leak was found coming from my dishwasher,
which was previously installed improperly by Amor and the door pulled on repeatedly by DJ in an attempt to figure out why it wouldn't close without
hitting my oven door (it was the missing filler board, genius.…). Once they determined my dishwasher was
leaking, Amor immediately discarded it before my insurance could investigate. Maybe it's a coincidence, but looks fishy. Overall, I just cannot recommend them out of good conscious. They are apparently not even allowed on-premises at my condos after my experience with them. Beware. -
After disaster struck, AMOR Restoration was recommended to us. They worked with our insurance to help us get our home back together. They did all of the heavy lifting with care and efficiency. This allowed us to get everything else in our lives back in order during such a stressful time. I can’t thank them enough. I’d recommend them to anyone trying to come out the other side of a fire or flood damage. Looking back, they were one of the few bright spots throughout a miserable situation.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid....! You have been warned. I did not choose Amor Restoration. I was forced to use them by our HOA for a bathroom restoration project. This was a 3 day project that took them almost 4 months to complete. Our insurance paid us to live in a hotel for one month. So for 3 months we had to live in our condo without a functional bathroom. It took Amor 4 times to install the LVP flooring correctly. I had pre-painted the entire bathroom just before the project started and they managed to scratch every wall so I had to repaint when they were finally done. The workers also scratched my new LVP floor that they just installed. I was assigned 2 project managers for this project and neither of them were able to convey our meeting topics to the work crew. This meant several do-overs on just about everything. Amor's workmanship is horrible. They use under skilled non-trained workers. This simple bathroom restoration project was too much for their poorly trained crew. The project managers were pissed at me because I called them out on the work crews lousy work. The project managers did not supervise the crews at all. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid Amor Restoration. This is about the worst contractor I have ever used.

Amor completed restoration after an abatement with drywall and painting. They techs were very kind and professional. They were able to complete my project on time and with great quality, even working extra hours without additional charge. I was turned down by several companies because the size of the project was relatively small and they wouldn’t take a 3 day job. Amore saved the day for my family by helping us get into our home on time. I value supporting locally owned small business, and I wasn’t disappointed!

I had an exceptional experience with Brian's team at Amor Restoration, thanks to their dedicated and professional team. We had a very challenging restoration project after extensive water damage and Amor handled everything with such efficiency and professionalism, making the entire experience stress-free.
I highly recommend Amor Restoration, and I’m grateful for their exceptional service. Thank you for making a potentially challenging process so much easier! -
This company is absolutely horrible. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire them. I used to this company (against) my better judgment to renovate my home after it flooded being that this is the company that my HOA uses. As other reviews have stated, they are EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. They took an extensive amount of time to complete the repairs on my home, then blamed the delay on me when I inquired about it. When the job was completed they failed to reattach my heater units to the walls and recover the outlets. They also left a significant amount of their tools and materials behind. I had to contact them to request that they come and grab their supplies.
Lastly, they do shoddy work. This company failed to properly reconnect my wires to get electricity to a portion of the home. When I brought it to their attention, they insisted that it may be due to damaged power outlets, not their shoddy work. When I confirmed that the loss of electricity was not due to damaged outlets, but rather to their failure to properly reconnect the wires INSIDE THE DRYWALL, they have made it extremely difficult and are still trying to avoid blame. To this day they are still going back and forth with me about the fixing the issue. Unfortunately, to repair their mistake, the drywall to my home will have to be cut into. Due to their conduct, I will likely have to file a lawsuit against this company to achieve any justice here. -
There was a plumbing issue and water leaked into my apartment. Amor sent two men to replace and paint the ceiling. They did a good job. Came on time as scheduled and left with no mess. They cleaned up before they left. I would use them again.

I was fortunate enough to have AMOR Construction do the repair on the water damage at my condo. The company did an outstanding job on the repair and each worker was extremely skilled in returning my living space to it's original condition. I would HIGHLY recommend AMOR construction for any restoration work you might need. David G. Brooke

I had great experience working with Amor Restoration. I had huge water damage to the floors and part of crawl space and Amor did the finishing work- from putting new subfloors, floors and replacing insulation in the crawl space. I was very impressed with the quality of work of their contractors - from the punctuality, cleanup and final finishes everything went faster and better than expected. Personally I would like to thank Robert and Brian- the project manager. Highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them any time!

Echoing what another reviewer said, this company is awful. The owner is incredibly rude, and his son who is their project manager doesn’t return calls or messages and ghosts for weeks at a time. They seem to have no control over their workers or their schedule. On top of this, the quality of their work is unacceptably bad. Like literally everything that their employees did was shoddy. They repaired a water damaged unit, and not a single thing was done well: drywall repair and paint, flooring replacement , door and baseboard trim install and paint, and hardware install was all done as if it was the employees first day on the job. They didn’t even complete all the work and are ghosting me. The project manager never once did a quality walk on the job to make sure things were done well, or to determine the scope of things needing to be done. They are begging to be sued. See photos for what they consider to be a finished product in a nice unit.

Amor was responsive, professional, and efficient. Everything was communicated clearly and there were no surprises when having my repairs done after a water leak.
