Best localally owned and run dirt yard in the area. Quality topsoil, compost, sand, gravel and blended soil. No weeds in the yards of 3 way soil I bought. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

My dad was a mechanic here for several years when I was a kid. I reached out to them to request services for my mom's place, and was informed they don't provide service to residential lots.

To my surprise, they referred me to someone that could assist me. Above and beyond! Great service experience.

They were bought out by an investor group that cares more about returns on their investment than quality of work. Clients are leaving like rats out of a burning building. Thier best employees have already left because of the way they were treated.

They treat people with such disrespect, specially Steve one of the most disrespectful men I have ever met I honestly don’t know how he still has a job.

I cannot give you less stars for the services that you provide. Your company has, in the past 3 years, been negligent in the services we pay for. We have a matrix of service that is never followed.

This company is ripping us off.
    They don't complete their tasks
    They leave detritus everywhere.
They don't clean up after they are done.
They often don't do any of the contracted work.
    Some weeks they never arrive.
Some weeks they drive in and then leave.

These guys leave piles of mulch that never get picked up and kill the lawn, and they almost always till up the dirt in soft areas with the wheels of the powered mower and NEVER fix it, just leave large gashes in the lawn. They are slobbish, leave messes, have no regard for the noise they produce, I wish my condo association would dump them already.

We have used Brightview Landscapes for the past 4 years for our HOA community, The Towns at Riverfront, Everett, WA. Our HOA is rather large, 190 Townhomes plus common open space. So far, just this year (2026) we have completed 4 projects to include tree trimming, replacement of 2 dead trees, and application of bark to all common area beds. For early March our community has never looked better. The crews work hard to keep up the appearance of the community, the cost is reasonable and we have very good lines of communication.

Brightview has been doing a very nice job on our development at Woods Creek in Monroe. They are responsive to our needs and as the HOA President I have a very good working relationship with Brandon and Larry the site supervisor and Manager. When we have concerns they respond within 24 hours and deal with the issues. There team is detail oriented and provide us with great service year around. They are a pleasure to work with.

Their crew covered my car in grass clippings from a trimmer probably have scratches from it but I won't be able to prove it. The operator wasn't willing to do anything about it now I have to go and wash my car when it was clean. I don't recommend this company no ownership for employees actions.

I would not recommend this company not due to their work, but to the fact that they do not take responsibility for the way their drivers respect other drivers. When traveling through a construction zone one of their drivers passed and sprayed loose gravel on my car and cracked my windshield in two places. When I called the company to let them know that one of their drivers were driving recklessly and that my window was cracked. He did not even seem concerned the way his driver was driving. He said that gravel on the roadway is a normal road hazard and he is not responsible. My view is the gravel would not have been a hazard if his driver was not passing in a construction zone . He also said to take it up with the police. I am not sure why it has to go to that extreme. A simple " sorry and I will speak to the driver" would have sufficed.

There are a lot of landscape businesses out there. I suggest looking elsewhere. Just for the fact they do not conduct themselves in a professional manner.

    Thanks,
    Glenn
