Love the work Whitman Global Carpet & Floor Care does! I have worked with Erin for a few months and have received nothing short of amazing service. I run an executive suite that needs occasional service for smaller sq ft offices. Erin treats even the smallest jobs with the same professionalism as the big ones! Price is amazing and the response and follow up is even better! So glad I found them.

Called twice, they never called me back.

Horrible service. The cleaning was poorly done. Having such a clean house to begin with I was looking forward to coming home to a spotless kitchen and bathroom but it was quite the opposite. Not only that, my blinds in the bathroom were left on the floor with no response about that from the manager. I was offered a discounted clean for another time but what's the point of the work can't be done correctly in the first place. The management handled it very poorly.

Watch out. They charge you double the time the cleaners actually clean. Not saying that they clean well. They doubled charged my employer for 6months straight and when we caught this they made dumb security policy that prevented them for giving us a credit that far in the past. Bad business ethics. Dishonest. Watch your bills closely and time their cleaners.

I had a very bad experience with them. I reserved with them to clean my appartment. On that day, I had to reschedule, so, i was charged the $35 cancelation fee (which is fine till that point)

Then, on the next reservation, they were late. So, called them, they said that they give their crew an hour window (which I wasn't told about before). That screwed up my day. Anyway, they were late for HOUR and 15 minutes. So, I called them, left them a voice mail, and told them that they were late and I had to cancel. They didn't even bother to contact me to apologize, or reshcedule.

The part that's annoying is that they charged me cancelation, but didn't bother correcting their mistake!!

Now I understand why a credit card must be placed on file. They know due to their terrible scheduling and inability to clean well that if they do not collect it upfront they would never be paid. You can only schedule over email which takes days to coordinate. Their staff and management do not hold themselves to a high standard of what clean is. Even after the second visit, Items I sent photos to Aboda to address were only partially addressed or cleaned. Please do not use Aboda Cleaning Services. For the time and money, it took hire another company.

Hired them for a 2 hour cleaning service to arrive at noon. They sent two girls that arrived at 1:40pm. Out of the entire house, in TWO hours, they managed to clean the windows of 2 bedrooms and clean the kitchen only. The lady in charge of the cleaners does not pick up. We tried to call her repeatedly and she wouldn’t answer until many calls later. We requested her gals stay another hour at least and she said okay, but then called her gals and told them to go home. They didn’t even use the entire 2 hours, they arrived late, left early, cleaned almost nothing, ignored our calls, and just did a poor job overall. To even schedule the initial cleaning it took many phone calls and voicemails to get ahold of. Just all over terrible service. Most of it is from admin but also their cleaners are not efficient. I don’t like leaving these reviews but we are in the process of moving and need the house cleaned for the incoming owners, so no time to waste. We trusted an unreliable company and wasted our money on absolutely nothing.

Previous review is from an employee so of course she would give it a 5 star since she works there. Not honest. Charged double per bi-weekly services and when brought to their attention they refused for over 2 weeks. Finally after multiple follow ups on our behalf, they said they would credit per each visit, then later it was only half of what they already charged. We still paid for the cleaning since they were charging us double. The "manager" did not respond in a timely manner and her stories contradicted whatever billing was saying. Billing said they could refund if she approved and she said she couldn't due to security reasons. Very unprofessional, and cleanings were basic at best. Our company paid twice as much. Never sent same team and called an hour late of arrival to say they would be an additional hour later. DO NOT USE ABODA, their management is a joke.

John is professional and delightful to work with. He does stunning work and stains are gone! Love my cat but hairball issues are real.

Just had my area rug, two chairs and couch cleaned and he did a wonderful job! He was very thorough and paid attention to every detail. Would definitely recommend!!

Johnny's work was magical. Really. My parents lived in the house for 30 years. The black (on beige carpet) shuffle stain from bed to bathroom? Gone. The tomato soup stain from a botched attempt to eat in bed? Gone. Coffee stains from years of spilled sips watching TV? Gone. Johnny's results were way beyond my expectations.

Johnny is fantastic! I have used him on 2 occasions to clean the carpets in my whole house. I have 2 dogs and 2 small children and he was able to get rid of all the mystery stains and bring the carpets back to life! He is incredibly professional, reasonably priced and damn good at what he does!

Could not be happier. The entire process from booking the appointment, estimating, and then repairing and cleaning was flawless. Great communication from John throughout. He stretched and removed all the wrinkles, repaired some creaking floors, and then cleaned all the stains. One of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met. Great service. If you need carpet care, look no further.
