After receiving quotes from 3 different companies, i researched, asked a ton of questions and finally decided on BelRed. Three months later, I'm so glad we chose them. I must've spoken to at least 10 different people throughout my entire experience and nearly every single person was genuinely interested in helping me understand what goes into the install and went above and beyond to help me.
I have to recognize Laura for her excellence in customer service, knowledge of how the systems work, and her willingness to help me decide on the right system. She knew when to reach out for help and didn't pretend to know it all like some competitors did. She really listened when communicating and not once, did she make me feel like I was asking a ridiculous question. Hands down, Laura was the best salesperson out of the 3 companies we reached out to by a wide margin. Protect this employee!
Brandon, Jacob, & Kurtis were all fantastic too. Each was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me understand what was going to happen and why. I asked them several detailed questions and each one patiently and throughly answered every single one. I feel certain I'm leaving someone out from that day but apart from Laura, the gentleman who did the main electrical install who is also a volunteer fireman, was the other main standout from my overall experience. Thank you to the entire BelRed team for making the install a breeze and for putting up with all of my questions. After 3 months of using the heat pump and having follow up questions, how they've reacted since has only reinforced that I made the right decision. I highly recommend this company and I would do it all over again.
