This place is great for various pipe and fittings.

Great place to visit and good work crew

Most people won't need to go here because it's geared to site work.
That said, these people are efficient and fun to be around.

Phone service is very bad called 5 times only to be put on indefinite hold or disconnected/hung up on.

you call the number and several menu prompts waste your time, you fianlly get a person on the phone, that you cant hear as it goes in and out, and then they stumbler on where to send ya to simply buy some product! Damn corporation bots are ruining the world!

Stopped by to get some septic parts (I am not a professional) and staff was super helpful, product was priced very competitively plus they just gave me a few DBox sealers for free since I needed them and they couldnt sell them (as it was part of sbox itself). Amazing

Moe and Austin came to pump our septic, super fast, efficient and friendly.

Anthony is fantastic. He responded to either my phone calls or text messages. Honest, helpfull and professional company to work with. His worker Andros was polite and respectful at the site. They clearly know what they are doing. Gave me a reference to electrician with the sane traits. Highly recommended.

Our alarm went off overnight and we contacted septic response and they were able to send someone the next day. They diagnosed our problem and determined the pump was ok but overwhelmed by all of the water from the rain.

Septic Response is a great company to work with for any septic related needs. I needed a time of sale inspection performed, and I made the mistake of reaching out to a different company first. That other company found a genuine issue with our system and knowing that we had to get it fixed before selling our home, they tried to force us into getting way more work than was necessary. When we pushed back on their suggestions (including bringing out an excavator to dig up our drain field purely out of suspicion that it might have issues, even though they had no evidence to suggest it needed repairs), they were very condescending and clearly taking advantage of the leverage they had on us with filing a deficient report while we were in contract with a buyer.

I reached out to Septic Response which I had previously worked with to have do our routine septic pumping/inspection and was pleasantly surprised with how prompt and direct they were in our communications. They were kind enough to hear out our current situation with the other company and helped verify our suspicions around the highly expensive recommendations they were trying to force us into. We had Septic Response come out and address the one real repair needed, which saved us from getting billed 4 times more if the other company had done the work.

I'd highly recommend anyone use Septic Response for any septic related services, they are one of the few honest companies in the area.
