Cesar Martinez took care of our service. He was very polite and professional while doing the seasonal maintenance on our hvac unit.

I called for service on heat pump--as i had no air conditioning and 100 plus degrees. Service came out on Tuesday and never came back or called to give status to repair. I called several times Thursday and on Friday at noon I was told the service parts department did not have time to order the necessay part as they were too busy with calls. OMG...no separate parts dept.

These guys know how to get the job done, and get it done efficiently!
I was in a bit of a pinch..... I had called “comfort pro” (Casey) first, not knowing anything about propane furnaces in the basement. Nor doing my due diligence of calling around. He (Casey) claimed we can put the propane furnace the basement with no issues with Yakima county code. All American Propane was due to install the propane plumbing. But wouldn’t do the work because of where the furnace was located. Keep in mind this is a sealed pit style basement. Not a daylight basement. (If there is a leak, propane is heavier than air...💥)
Anyways, All seasons came through 100% and installed my furnace in the attic with all new ducting for a fraction of the price “comfort pro” could have done. Hands down one of the cleanest jobs I’ve ever seen.

In addition to the annual HVAC maintenance for our home, they also looked at our swamp cooler for our greenhouse and found the problem and resolved it for a nominal charge. Great attitude and customer service focus. I would recommend them for any service tied to furnaces, A/C, etc.

called with a broken heat pump, 104 today. They said all booked for a week, Could pay 1 1/2 or overtime get it done after 4. True to their word it was fixed by 5:15. Great service, nice people and Josh did a great job solving the problem and fixing it. Never go elsewhere.

AC broke down on Sunday and at 3PM I called. Told me a tech would call. Started cleaning up the mess and no one called. By 9 PM still no call and when I called back, was told the first call wasn't entered correctly. Then I had a Judy lady call me 3 more times asking if the tech, Josh ever got ahold of me. Nope and now it's 11 PM and still nothing. You guys installed this in March of 2013. Horrible service!!

My furnace went out today which was Sunday & Christmas Eve. It was very cold & almost 4:00 so I called for help. A guy came right away & got it running in less than an hour. He was very nice & I am so grateful. Thank you!

Our HVAC system died after 30 years of service with a few minor repairs throughout it's lifetime. We inquired about another repair but due to it's age it was not cost effective. After receiving some replacement bids from local contractors in town, we decided to go with All Seasons Heating and A/C. I have to say from start to finish on this project their employees have been very prompt and professional, and we couldn't appreciate it more. Adam was our project engineer and he was very patient with me since I had many questions about today's HVAC technology. I would personally like to thank the entire crew for their hard work and dedication to their trade. We are extremely happy with our new HVAC system and would recommend your services to anyone seeking HVAC replacement or repair. Thank you for everything!

I am very pleased with All Seasons Heating - they have taken excellent care of my equipment for many years. They have provided prompt and careful attention to detail, when problems have appeared. I value their honesty and care for each of us customers.

They are always willing and ready to meet whatever minor or major problems I call about. Had to replace my almost 18 yr. old furnance and they were in and out in what seemed like an hour!!! Kevin is absolutely the best and Joe knows his stuff!! Wish I could give them 8 or 10 stars.

We had an appt for routine maintenance on our mini split system . They were very prompt in setting our appt. They showed up on time and were very thorough. This experience exceeded our expectations.

We had a compressor replaced, were charged 5 hours for no more than 2 hours of actual work! I disputed this, stating I watched the employee on my cameras, doing a lot of nothing, and they still request full payment. I could add more, but that's eating more of my time! BBB will here from me next. Yes, the unit works, and for $1900, it should! We won't use them again.

Awesome experience and a very honest company. I have had my AC fixed and after that preventive maintenance and the prices were right, work done correctly, and no one ever tried to sell me anything i didnt need. Truly a great company and a great experience. My advice is use them if you need work done!

Called All Seasons in a pinch, they were very understanding of the challenging problem and had someone out the next day to fix our furnace. Also installed a new Ecobee 3 Lite thermostat. Tamerra the service agent was awesome. Highly recommend.

I am still mystified why the All Seasons salesman did not show up for an appointment to give me an estimate for a $8K heat pump installation. It took a few days and a few try's to even get the salesman to return a call. I set up an appointment by phone with the salesman on Monday for a Wednesday appointment. I rearranged my days schedule to accommodate him. No salesman arrived, no phone call from the salesman to explain his absence. I called All Seasons after waiting 45 min. The receptionist got the salesman on another line and then gave me his personal cell number. I called the cell phone number the receptionist gave me twice and left him a voicemail. After 15 min I called All Seasons and requested a manager. 3 hours later still no call from a manager or the salesman.
I assume they do not want my business (I have never done business with All Seasons before today. I won't be doing business with All Seasons for this nor any other job. Hello Central Mechanical. I liked your bid and prompt professional estimate and service)

Our very old A/C system was dying during a recent heat wave, so my wife called All Seasons to come out and take a look. They performed some maintenance to get our system temporarily up and running again, and recommended we replace the aging system (which we 100% agree with). They gave a verbal approximate estimate and said they would follow up with a written estimate. We never received the written estimate, so my wife called a couple of times and was told each time they would get the estimate to us ASAP. After several days and no estimate, I called. I was routed to the scheduling department who never answered. The main desk said they would call me back ASAP. I never heard back from them. If they are this hard to contact when we are trying to give them money, I can assume how hard it would be to contact them if we had a problem with our system. I went with another company for our A/C replacement.

I appreciated Bob with his honesty and professionalism, as well as the timely reminder to clear a path to various areas of the house and what I needed to do before they came. As well, the fellows who installed the units were friendly and courteous.

We just had our old Lennox pulse of 40 years quit working so I got several estimates to replace it. These guys not only had the best price, but they provided prompt professional service. The salesman Adam had great communication with me and had his guys in within the week to replace the furnace. Two guys showed up on time and it only took them half a day! Included with the estimate was a follow up visit to make sure everything was working well. We are VERY happy with this company, highly recommend. I did have the Vance guy come out to service our old Lennox and was not happy with him.

Adam with All Seasons was extremely professional and friendly. He respected my time and was able to install our air conditioner in a timely manner when it was really hot! WE are so pleased with the whole process and we are COOL. One employee that stood out was Danny, he was friendly and courteous. Thank you All Seasons, we will recommend you to all!
