Reviews of local pros in Yakima, Washington

These guys were great! I had 2 very old, very big pines thinned and trimmed one was in between power lines and very close to my house, and they had never been trimmed before except what I could do from the ground, I would assume these were 60 or 70 year old trees, so you can just imagine all the old dead wood in them.... They are just beautiful now, clear to the top. "Also had 2 other trees trimmed and they look wonderful also. A great crew that seemed to work together well and were very professional, courteous and they welcomed feed back from me when I wanted some certain things done, without any arguments. They definitely know what they are doing. The clean up was also amazing, my yard looks better than it did before. I would recommend this company on any tree trimming and removal..

We had one 100' tall tree removed and 6 100' trees trimmed. They did a great job. Cleanup was excellent. A huge amount of debris was generated and when finished, the yard may have been cleaner than before they started. Frank is highly competent and runs a well-managed small business.

We had questions about trying to save our tree after having branches break and fall on the house luckily not doing damage and so we got 3 bids and the difference with Frank Uribe is that he actually took the time to look and pointed out many other cracked and broken branches that others hadn't. We decided to remove the tree because it not only was hanging over our house but also the neighbor's home and the trunk was 6 feet from ours and 12 feet from there's, so in a difficult place. Their bid was competitive, and I know that I have never received more communication from any type of businessperson than we did with Frank including phone, text and he has to be the fastest email responder I've been around with scheduling and updates.

Then getting to his crew that did the work, Carlos was communicating with everyone involved and the comradery we saw with his crew was that of detailed teamwork because of the tough place of the tree with a lighthearted get the job done attitude. Everyone had their job with Fred chipping and keeping everything in the area clean and Pablo 'The Bull' up in the bucket and all three in constant communication as to keep from having anything be damaged by the large limbs.
Overall, with a competitive price, great communication and leaving the job both days without any debris or anyone knowing that it even happened. Great experience and would recommend this company for sure!!

The crew that came out to our house was outstanding. They pay attention to detail they arrived early they left when the job was done. Great job guys really appreciate the hard work thank you the Thysell family.

I had a tree fall at one of my rentals. The whole experience from estimate to completion was amazing. Easy process and completed the removal all in one day. Highly recommend.

Uribe’s did an incredible job cleaning up our birch trees. Moises, Jorge and Joe were efficient and clearly very knowledgable. We also appreciate how clean they left our front yard. Would absolutely recommend this company! Before and after photos included.

Uribes Tree Service did a fantastic job at removing my tree. The tree was very tall and they used extreme care in taking it down. We had lots of obstacles nearby: house, shed, power lines, and they appeared to have no problem at all avoiding all those. They left the space very clean, even cleaned off my shed roof! They guys were very nice also. I will definitely use Uribes again when needed!

We had a huge maple towering over our house and Uribes was able to bring it down safely without damaging the roof. Very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them for dangerous tree removal without hesitation. Their crew was polite, professional and very skilled/knowledgeable in the work they do. Safety was a priority and they were a pleasure to work with. Communication throughout the project was great, too. Their estimate was right in line with 2 other contractors I got bids from so I knew I was paying the right amount for the job. The cleanup job they did afterward was amazing. I will definitely use their services again!

I would recommend Big R Tree Service. They did a beautiful job on our tree and cleaned up all debris. Raul was informative and had good suggestions on how to maintain the tree.

Raul and his crew did a fantastic job, trimming our Aborvitas down from 20 feet to eight feet, (per our homeowner association rules,) without ruining them! Also trimmed off years of dead growth on our Austrian Pines and reduced our fire threat greatly!! We would definitely recommend his services and will be using Big R Tree Sevice in the future!! Raul cares about the trees and is quick to respond! Good Communication!!

They did an amazing job taking out our huge willow tree. Great communication and service. Highly recommend.

They are AMAZING! They did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for stump grinding service. Reasonably priced, on time, professional and, quality equipment.

Hi Raul Rodriguez, did a great job trimming this large tree of its branches that will let me move my fifth wheel into the yard. He was professional I believe low cost and did the job fantastic. I just moved here this week and I was so happy that I found him and I will definitely need him in the future. I will definitely give him 10 stars🏡

Raul from Big R is great. Professional, quick response, polite and friendly. Presented a clear and precise bid and did exactly what he said he would do. Arrived when scheduled. A knowledgeable and skilled worker who obviously takes safety into account. Has the equipment to do the job. Raul and crew removed a large Spruce that was on a street corner and close to the house. He discussed options, pointed out problems in keeping it, and I agreed it needed to come down. It was removed safely and efficiently with minimal effect to surrounding yard and plants. The stump was ground well and the area was left clean. All at a fair cost. I got three bids and Big R was clearly my top choice. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

We recently had Raul and his crew trim and prune our beautiful, old, big, Catalpa tree. It was starting to droop a little bit on the outer branches, as well as rubbing up against our home as well as our neighbor's. Raul came the same afternoon I called, provided us with a reasonable estimate and did a great job on our tree. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up all the downed branches. I would highly recommend Raul for any job you need! He was personable and it was a pleasure to contract with him to take care of our tree.

I appreciate Raul and his prompt communication. He always responded to my questions quickly. He was able to accommodate our schedule and did a great job removing our tree and grinding the stump.

Thank you for a great & professional job in taking our 46 year old Ash tree down.

I sent 3 requests for a quote through Angi's (used to be Angi's List), and Raul with Big R Tree Service is the only one who responded. He was very flexible with the schedule I had and was very knowledgeable about the tree and the issues of broken branches that I had. He was able to come the next day and do the work. He is very professional, friendly and offered me a reasonable rate. He even cut down a dead lilac bush under the tree and did not charge me for the extra 10 minutes it took to cut it and haul it to his trailer. I highly recommend him and will have him do any other work that I need done.

We had branches intermingled with our power lines to our house. With these insane winds lately I was very worried. Called Raul and he was out same day with plan and estimate. Work done and mess cleaned up perfectly. Very fair rate for job well done. Highly recommend BigR Tree Service. S Boland
