I have used Thunder Electric for more than 20 years. They have rewired my house, wired in heating, a pool, outdoor outlets, and outdoor fuse boxes. And still over 20 years later they have amazing customer service and do not try to upsell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Absolutely love this company and all of its employees I’ve dealt with. I would absolutely recommend them for any electrical need.

T.j. was here within 30 minutes. And changed out our florescent bulbs and did a great, quick and efficient job. Bing bang boom. New LED lighting. What more can you ask for. And the guy, T J. Was super friendly. Awesome job thunder.

I want to give a big shoutout to Thunder Electric for their amazing help today. This morning, when I was feeling scared about some electrical issues, Kit, the receptionist, was so thoughtful and calming on the phone. She helped me feel heard and made sure Kody, the electrician, was at my home fast.

When Kody arrived, I was frantic, and he stayed calm and collected, knowing exactly what he was doing. He fixed everything quickly and even took the time to show me how the breaker box works if it gets tripped. It gave me peace of mind, and I feel safe in my home again.

After the service, I called Thunder Electric to say how wonderful the service was, and Monic, another receptionist, was so cheerful and helpful. I loved talking with her! Both she and Kit are absolute sweethearts! I'm just so grateful for how kind and helpful everyone at Thunder Electric has been throughout the whole process.

I called and the lady answering informed me that it would be $195 per hour and asked it that was OK, I said I had no choice. Gary did great work. When I got the bill they added $95 called a Service fee that pays for their vehicle coming to my home. That was $290 for a 30 minute job. I will never use this service again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ryan was awesome! Responded to my message so fast and was out quickly to fix our water pump in negative degree weather. Nicest guy I’ve worked with in a while.

Rob and his crew do amazing work. They were on time each morning. The guys cleaned up their work areas before they left each night. The guys were friendly and considerate as I was working from home in the back room. The industrial 96 in fan they installed with a switch looks great in our vaulted ceiling. The outside hot tub hook up was a clean install with no ugly piping. The two electric charge spots on each side of the garage were installed neatly as well. We plan on hiring them to do some other work in our condo on the West side. You won't be disappointed with their work! Thanks for all your great work!

Could not be Happier with the work and professional of Castle Pump & Electric !! It took one phone call... I talked to a real person , they showed up within an hour and fixed our water well in no time . Price was a great value and they helped educate us on proper well and plumbing procedures and maintenance!!! we highly recommend them, CALL THEM FIRST!

I had well issues and ultimately needed a new well drilled. Another popular company kept saying they would be there to help to get a pump set in the new well but gave me the runaround a few times, which lead me to find Castle Pump & Electric.

The pump side of this business (Ryan) said he could help and be there within a few days. Castle Pump/Electric showed up promptly, told me what I needed to do on my end, and got the job done as they said they would.

After the pump was set, the previous electric supply was not to code due to its age and would have failed inspection. The electrical side (Rob) came out to give us a quote, said they could squeeze the job in within a few days and, again, kept their word. Rob was super friendly, gave me some options on how the new electric could be set, and got the job done.

Very please with the level of communication, professionalism and promptness of this company. If/when I need more work done, this company will be my first dial.

Castle Pump wired my hot tub for us. They were incredible. They ensured the job was done right and that it would look good when it was all said and done. Rob was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive when I had any questions. I will definitely use Castle Pump and Electric in the future for any electrical needs.

Called as we headed for the airport, off to Mexico. Our well pump went out, they had it fixed before we got home. These guys are really on the ball. 100% a pleasurable experience, would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Ryan was very professional and respectful! He worked well past dark to make sure our new well pump was installed and we had running water as soon as possible. He took the time to explain things to me and answered all of my questions. Will absolutely use them again in the future.

Do not use this company. We had them come out and do some work for us in late July to move a outlet for us on a wall. A junction box was being worked on by one of the electricians was damaged, caused arcing and making it so 3 other outlets in our living room not work. We called out Wattsmart Electric to come out and repair the damages done by Castle Electric. We called Castle to see if they would reimburse us for damages and the person on the phone immediately became hostile asking if we could prove it was them that did it, which we could, and then asked if the fire marshall came out and stated if it was done by their wiring. The cost to repair the damages was $227.00, and they wouldn't hear me out. This company, and whomever is in charge has extremely unethical and dirty business practices. Better to pass on this company.

His response screams volumes of his customer service. Calling out someone for being a scammer due to their negligence. Pretty sure the negative reviews down the line will add up with this childish behavior they demonstrate.

Called to set up our appointments and were always seen the next day. Jesus and Alex came out twice to diagnose some problems that popped up as we were getting our house ready to sell. They were fast and knowledgeable and were able to solve problems left by another electrician. We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did and felt their rates were very fair. They came through at much less than we were expecting for the problem and were happy to explain the fixes to us. We will be using them in the future whenever we need pump or electrical. Also, Rob was kind enough to answer questions after hours and still get us scheduled for the next day!
