I had the pleasure of working with Manny at Empowered Electric today. I am NOT an electrician, but it was a job I thought I could YouTube DIY. I was wrong. Manny was prompt and affordable. He didn't try to over sell a frustrated father of 2 with scare tactics. He narrowed in on the most likely problem and all is good. It just doesn't get any better than this. I call Empowered Electric late Friday afternoon and I expected to get an answering service, but no, not only do I get a human being, I get the owner of the company.

I explained what the problem was expecting to hear "we can make it out sometime next week", and once again I am completely shocked when Manny (the owner) says I can be there in 45 minutes to an hour. Manny showed up just like he said he would and completed the work the same day. (He told me he keeps a veritable Warehouse of parts and accessories in his truck so he doesn't have to order parts and he can can complete most of his customers jobs the same day)

Manny was very polite, extremely pleasant and went out of his way to explain to me the work that was done.

I am so happy to have found a local electrician that I can depend on and have complete trust and confidence in.

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for an honest dependable electrician.

My issue was my dryer not heating and Manny came earlier than scheduled and was done with the job by the original time he was suppose to show up! That’s a PLUS in my book!

The EE team was very responsive, efficient and reliable. They added electrical service to our shop, coordinating all the conduit work, wiring, lighting and inspections. They have excellent input on the type and numbers of lights, outlets and even security measures. They were also flexible in allowing us to manage multiple contractors on site and helped to efficiently coordinate the work flows.

Our family is moving toward electric vehicles and so we needed to add electric plug ins. Manny is super knowledgeable about all things electrical. He showed up with all the parts which was really great since we are a little bit remote. So all went very efficiently and turned out perfect for our needs. Not only is Manny an excellent and very dependable electrician, we think he is an all around great guy. Trust me on this, hire him!!!

We were without power because of damage from a wind storm. We called Empowered Electric in the morning and they came out that same afternoon. They did the repairs quickly and it is better than before the damage. PSE was able to get us hooked back up within a few hours thanks to the work done. The cost was fair and very reasonable. We will definitely call Empowered Electric for any future electrical work we need. We highly recommend this electrician!!

We recently were house & babysitting in Yelm, Washington when we ran into some electrical problems with a malfunctioning LED fixture and outlet. Manny at Empowered Electric was fantastic; he worked us into his schedule right away and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and the amount we were charged was extremely fair. We discovered Manny Owens of Empowered Electric through our neighbors who were happy with his work. They came on time! Fixed our lighting problem quickly and also made a suggestion that saved us money. They are “keepers”!

I called Manny after finding their info via Google, because we had an outlet in our kitchen that was faulty, and melted the plug though nothing was plugged into it.
Manny set up an appointment to come and service within the week, and arrived on time.

Confidence in Manny's quality work and the peace of mind that comes with it is priceless. He was so pleasant to work with and did such a good job wiring my ductless heater last year, I would have hired him even if he didn't give me the best bid to rewire my 1938 home this year. I rarely write reviews, but feel pressed to mention the exceptional experience we had with Manny's recent service call to our home. Due to some faulty wiring in our circuit box and another area in our home, we were without lights, heat, water, landline, etc. Manny came out the next day (on a weekend, nonetheless....) and repaired the major issue, as well as several minor ones needing immediate attention. We found him to be honest, reliable, VERY knowledgeable and efficient, as well as patiently taking the time to answer questions of his customers. We had a potential fire risk brewing that we were unaware of and he patiently explained this in laymen's terms to those of us with limited electrical knowledge. A heckuva nice and personable fellow, Manny is VERY SKILLED at his profession and will always be the only one I call when/if any future electrical issues arise. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him for any electrical issues, especially in the Yelm area, as we are fortunate enough to have him living here in our town. Out of five stars, this guy is definitely a 10 and beyond!!!

Manny and team did an excellent job, we had our service upgraded to 200 amp, because they came prepared and worked quickly our power was back on in less than half a day. We're very happy with the work!

Manny did an exceptional job inspecting my breaker and he also fixed multiple light switches that were creating problems for me. He rewired the switches for me and now my lights work great. He also did the electrical wiring for my furnace. I highly recommend him.
