Google Review needs more stars specifically for Ed. Called him up to come install my new thermostat but I was weary because I’ve been burned in the past (emergency service and diagnostic fees). Let me tell you, this man returned my phone call quicker than my own mother. He refused to price gouge me and just take my money. Instead, he hyped me up, and talked me through the install myself. He generously donated his time and knowledge without asking anything in return. If there isn’t a Patron Saint of HVAC, I know a guy who’d be perfect for the job. I even had to call him a second time just to make sure I was doing it right and he called back faster than the Cowboys exit the playoffs. I’m pretty sure we are best friends now, he just doesn’t know it yet. I highly recommend Ed for any of your HVAC needs and if there’s anything I can’t DIY in the future, he’s the guy I’m calling.

He took his time installing my new heat pump in my home and mini-split in my ADU. Brandon explained how the systems operate, detailing the warranty, and advising us on how to qualify for a 25C Tax credit for the heat pump. His expertise is clear, showcasing his remarkable skills in his field. Additionally, his pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be relying on Brandon as my primary HVAC technician.

Our furnace was making bad noises and finally stopped working. We figured it was the blower motor. We had to call someone and no friends or family had any recommendations.
I went on line to look up HVAC repair and came across Ed. I was very glad I did. He was able to come the same day and diagnose a bad blower motor. We thought maybe we could just replace the motor, but when we realized how old the furnace was and how much it would be for a new one, we opted for a new furnace. Ed was able to install within a week.
Ed kept me up to date while waiting for the install and was on time for everything.

He was very honest and upfront about the diagnostic fee, which I really appreciated. The issue turned out to be a simple fuse problem, and he fixed it quickly without trying to upsell or exaggerate the repair.

I called Ed first thing in the morning because our gas furnace stopped igniting. Turns out the gas valve needed to be replaced. He already had one in his van and replaced it then and there.
