Very disappointed. Servpro came to my house to do the mitigation for my insurance. They broke the countertop, which we may have difficulties to matching another piece in the bathroom. They also took the faucets away, which was unnecessary, they left some parts of the vanity that they took down and needs to be hauled out but most importantly, they are not returning my call to discuss and settle these issues. DO NOT USE SERVPRO

After having a negative interaction with another water mitigation company, I contacted multiple other companies when we had bathtub leak. All Dry was the first to respond. They came out quickly and took care of the moisture we had. We were in the process of selling our house so we needed a detailed report to provide to the buyers and Lee helped us out with that, even coming back later when we needed him to add more information to the report. They are a great family business and I highly recommend them.

Excellent, friendly, and professional service! Jim and Sean of Blue Dolphin were able to assess our home the same day that we discovered a slab leak. They were incredibly communicative ahead of arriving and friendly and professional throughout the consultation. Will definitely contact Blue Dolphin for any future restoration needs!

A huge thank you to the Rainbow Restoration team for the outstanding job they did after my home suffered severe water damage. They cleaned, demoed the damaged areas, removed unsalvageable items, carefully cleaned and packed all of my belongings, stored everything safely, and returned it all after the renovations were complete. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care made a difficult situation so much easier. I highly recommend them—100%!

Where can I start? For sure I would give 0 star but unfortunately the lowest I could choose was 1 star.

My house in Surprise, AZ is my secondary home. In February, 2026 when I arrived there I found it was flooded and caused major damages. I called Travelers who is my home insurance carrier to report what happened and was told they hired Servpro in Buckeye, AZ which is a Fire and Damage company in Buckeye to asses the damages and do the demolition. I got the report of the plan from Servpro of what they intended to do and was irritated when they demolished more than they needed because I could see that there were some areas which they could have left as is. I believe it is because by doing that, they had more work to do and therefore more income for the company. I used to own a construction business in WA and I also am certified carpenter so I know a lot about home renovations.

Since Servpro did the demolition so I opted to let them do the renovation, which on a hindsight I should not have. Their Construction Manager at first did not give me the details or itemize the work on how much the charge was of each phase of the job but instead she just sent me an email of the total charge of renovation until I asked her and went to her office personally to get the copy so I could see the details of what she charged my insurance.

I was surprised to see how they jacked up the prices for the materials. It's absurd! I went to Lowes and see those materials they charged my insurance and how much they actually cost at Lowes. I also found out later on that they took some of the unused materials with them back instead of leaving them at my house since my insurance already paid for them; presumably to use for other house renovations.

Looking at the carpentry work on the itemized list she finally provided, I told her I would do some of the work myself and so they could pay the portion of the job I did with the insurance money that they already received; but there was a particular job that I did which she refused to acknowledge and stated that her workers did that. She was adamant about that even though I provided the proof on the email to her that I myself was the one who performed that particular job, not her workers. After going back and forth, she finally acknowledged that I was right. That's the reason why I did not send the remaining balance right away when they asked. Servpro took their sweet time to finish the work at my house. They were not there everyday but demanded to get the remaining balance from my insurance ASAP and even threatened to impose late payment fee if I did not comply.

One other thing, she charged my insurance company the cost of the price for OBS plywood that I found out was never installed since my floor did not need that plywood.

I did give my approval after the job was done just to close the deal even though in my opinion which I also stated to them that they did a subpar job. Looking back, I wish I could hire another company to renovate my house to spare the headaches.

Dale has years of experience and was great, professional, patient, detailed and most importantly honest. Help trouble shoot and find where the source of water coming up from the ground in my backyard was coming from, was due to a busted irrigation pipe in my neighbors backyard.

We had a great experience overall. Evaluation and repair was timely for an untimely and chaotic situation. We are grateful to the team that knows what they’re doing since we had no idea where to start. Thank you Dale and team!

I want to give a shout out to an exceptional person that I encountered at this company. My normal water bill runs about 50 to 70 bucks. I got notice of excessive use and checked for leaks and running toilets, etc and could find nothing wrong. I set the sprinklers back two minutes on all 4 stations and just figured that the notice was about a little extra use. When the bill for a month came it was a shocking $1339.23. I could not believe it and called Eastern Municipal Water to inquire about how I could incurring such high bill. She reviewed every thing and said that at certain times my home water use was in the thousands of gallons. She recommended I look on the EMWD website for a more complete understanding get a leak detection company. I said that for all that much water my house should be in a sink hole and the ground around it like quick sand. I was very upset, needless to say, being retired and on a fixed income about I could pay this huge bill. I called a few companies and found out that someone could come out for between 250.00 to 300.00 to detect leak and apply the fee to repairs.
**Now this is where it's important. I called a few companies and left requests for a technician to call me back to set an appointment. I called Inland Empire Leak detection also, but while I was ringing them up another company called back and I switched over to answer. This guy at the other company said that his guy could com the following afternoon for a $250.00 fee so I made the appointment and hung up. A few minutes later Dale from Empire called me. He said that he was calling me back because he had answered my call but could not hear me. (In actuality I had switched over and then hung up.) He asked me what type of problem I was having and I relayed the details including my panic about paying the bill. Then he asked me several specific questions about the water usage such as was it continuous, was it during specific times, had anything I'd done made any difference in water consumption, did I have automatic sprinklers or a water softener, etc.. Then he explained that because the high usage was during specific times followed by regular hours on consumption and that my house was not sinking in mud, that the culprit was very likely the water softener. He said that it was malfunctioning and purging water right back down into the sewer, thus no evidence. He said that any technician taking the time to examine the facts could have figured it out just as he had but that they would rather just get that fee than really help solve the problem. He also told me about how to deal with the water company to get an adjustment after fixing the usage problem. I was floored that Dale had troubled himself to call me back and take the time to help me out so freely and completely, as he had. He didn't ask me to write this but I wanted to recommend this kind and competent plummer and this company. Seldom do you come across someone that puts their willingness to help ahead of profiting. Want to give kudos to this 👏 man and his surprising ethics.

Dale came out super quick to assess my leak and helped me pinpoint where it was coming from. I had other companies come out and try to help but to no avail. Dale figured it out within minutes. Would highly recommend.

I called this company this morning, not knowing anything about what I was going to do about the leak. They had the gentleman named Dale to contact me back. He was the most patient, kindest, honest gentleman I hadn’t met this company really have them a great asset. Thank you Darlene

I called IELD for the cost of a consultation on what might possibly be an outdoor leak. Dale made it clear that IELD did not work on outdoor leaks. So he walked me through the process of determining whether it was an outdoor or indoor leak. When it was established that it was an indoor leak, he walked me through detecting the source of the leak. From there, I was able to fix the problem myself.
Thank you, Dale, for your kindness and integrity.

Inland Empire Leak Detection is a professional and honest company. Dale helped me figure out if I had a problem within 15 minutes of my first call. I recomend to call Inland Empire Leak Detection 1st, the best decision you can make when your home or business has a water leak problem. Thank you Dale and staff.

Their trouble shooter, Dale, makes Inland Empire Leak Detection the company to choose for leak detection. Dale brings decades of experience with all sorts of plumbing issues. More importantly, he has cultivated a network of experts that he taps into to help a customer. If you like doing things yourself, Dale's connections might not be as important. But for someone who does not deal with burst water heaters, I fully recommend Dale and his ability to summon his professional team mates. He knows who to call and how to interact with insurance companies.

Called for free estimate and Dale was on the phone throughout the process of checking from the meter for possible leak in main line and other possibilities, suggested to test with water hose on the door and found out only possibility is from golf course sprinkler to our back door. I will now have to capture video and talk to Golf course. Dale was very patient and professional throughout phone call consulting. I definitely have new plumber if I have any water problem around my house. Thank you.

They are not professional, they did the job without asking insurance first, over charge for everything, they have a really expensive plumber to come out to do the work, don’t have a office to visit, have you drop off payment to a postal annex
