Got a phone call from them.....lady asked me a few questions and said they would get back in touch with me...it has been a few weeks and still havent heard anything.....i have janitorial experience...i guess not good enough for them....i was always told they are a great company to work for but i am beginning to think they are NOT.

They are the worst cleaning company out there. They don't clean. They use one single red rag for all toilets and urinals in each building. Yes that means they transfer bodily fluids from one toilet/urinal to all of them. And they carry the red rag in cup that they keep toilet brush in. They say they use sanitizing cleaners but take a close look at them, they water them down cause they are to cheap to actually use cleaners. And yea they use a toilet bowl cleaner but lol they don't use it, they spray 3 lil squirts in toilet bowl water to turn blue to make you think they clean it. The place is a true joke.

Recently moved our operation to a new facility. After contractors we done, the place was in serious need of a deep clean. John with DirtBuster promptly got our estimate to us and setup times. Wendy and Rebecca arrived early with a gameplan and went straight to work. They were very professional and the place looks outstanding. Thanks Wendy, Rebecca and the whole staff at DirtBuster.

I went into work this morning & the whole floor was spotless! I was very impressed because usually there is a trash can or two that still needs taken out. Well I ran into the man who cleans our floor today while I was leaving work. He is the black man named Charles. I stopped him and complimented his work. He was very pleasant to talk to as well! Good hire!

Cottage Care came recommended by my realtor when we moved into our new home, so I decided to hire them for a move in clean. Not only were they able to get me in on very short notice, they worked with my schedule to make sure they could take care of our house. Bethany, Alice, and Deb did an amazing job on my new home, and were so sweet and professional. I will be using Cottage Care for my future cleaning services. Great experience from start to finish.

I was very happy with the girls from Cottagecare. They worked hard and did an excellent job. I have Used Cottagecare once in the past So this was my second time. In between cleaning times someone gave me a gift of another Person to clean for me. She didn’t spend as much time, didn’t do near as good of job and charged about the same. I will use Cottagecare again in the future. I wish I could afford to have them every month, but it’s just Feasible right now.

I have to say I’m disappointed. As a mom of 5, the youngest being 6 months, I’ve been struggling to keep up with the house. My boyfriend decided to go all out and get a “deep clean” and spent a lot of money. I was hesitant because it’s hard to ask for help but agreed because I knew I needed it. I feel like I ended with a lot of work left to do. I had overflowing laundry (I didn’t expect them to do, at all) but instead of shaking it off or anything they just threw it all in my washer (like packed it full) so when I took it back out the dirt that was on the clothes went back on the floor. They took clothes out of a window seal and just left them on the couch (this is where said clothes are stored, so it was a wardrobe). My bathtub didn’t even get cleaned at all. Table didn’t get wiped down. My floors weren’t even cleaned thoroughly. That was my biggest wish. So I came back home and had a lot of work to do. I definitely expected a much better job for what averaged out to be $180+/hr. Lesson learned, the hard way unfortunately.

Tiana and Madi were prompt and very friendly.. they came in and got straight to work and I couldn’t have been happier with the results of their work. I had to reschedule a few times and no problems with having them come when I needed them. These gals did a wonderful job and saved me a lot of time from having to do it myself because of life being so busy.. by the way, my cat doesn’t let just anyone pet her and she went right over to them ❤️
