Cottage Care came recommended by my realtor when we moved into our new home, so I decided to hire them for a move in clean. Not only were they able to get me in on very short notice, they worked with my schedule to make sure they could take care of our house. Bethany, Alice, and Deb did an amazing job on my new home, and were so sweet and professional. I will be using Cottage Care for my future cleaning services. Great experience from start to finish.

I was very happy with the girls from Cottagecare. They worked hard and did an excellent job. I have Used Cottagecare once in the past So this was my second time. In between cleaning times someone gave me a gift of another Person to clean for me. She didn’t spend as much time, didn’t do near as good of job and charged about the same. I will use Cottagecare again in the future. I wish I could afford to have them every month, but it’s just Feasible right now.

I have to say I’m disappointed. As a mom of 5, the youngest being 6 months, I’ve been struggling to keep up with the house. My boyfriend decided to go all out and get a “deep clean” and spent a lot of money. I was hesitant because it’s hard to ask for help but agreed because I knew I needed it. I feel like I ended with a lot of work left to do. I had overflowing laundry (I didn’t expect them to do, at all) but instead of shaking it off or anything they just threw it all in my washer (like packed it full) so when I took it back out the dirt that was on the clothes went back on the floor. They took clothes out of a window seal and just left them on the couch (this is where said clothes are stored, so it was a wardrobe). My bathtub didn’t even get cleaned at all. Table didn’t get wiped down. My floors weren’t even cleaned thoroughly. That was my biggest wish. So I came back home and had a lot of work to do. I definitely expected a much better job for what averaged out to be $180+/hr. Lesson learned, the hard way unfortunately.

Tiana and Madi were prompt and very friendly.. they came in and got straight to work and I couldn’t have been happier with the results of their work. I had to reschedule a few times and no problems with having them come when I needed them. These gals did a wonderful job and saved me a lot of time from having to do it myself because of life being so busy.. by the way, my cat doesn’t let just anyone pet her and she went right over to them ❤️

The Cottage Care girls do such a great job cleaning our home monthly! Love coming home to a clean house after a long day of work! They do fabulous work!

Becca and Bethany are literally the best! I'm pregnant and with the fatigue plus full-time business ownership it's become really hard to keep up with cleaning up after us and our SEVEN pets (I know we're crazy, you don't have to tell me twice lol.) One of our dogs is a rescue that's obsessed with tearing through all the garbage she can find and leaving torn paper everywhere despite our efforts, our other dog is old and tends to leave his toys thrown everywhere, and our 5 cats are... well... cats. Between knocking stuff over and getting in their way 500 times per clean, they can be menaces. It's never been an issue for our CottageCare crew! They clean our house top to bottom flawlessly all the while being some of the friendliest people we have ever met. Thanks girls!

Cottage Care has been amazing. They are prompt and do a wonderful job cleaning. I love how I can tailor the cleanings to what we need. It is such a stress relief to come home from a busy work day to a freshly cleaned home and now able to use the free time we have to do other things. Their prices are very reasonable (honestly, I am surprised they are not more expensive) . Highly recommend, I am not the only one in my friend group who uses them.

Cottage Care does such an excellent job with our office here at REM West Virginia in Huntington. Deborah is amazing as is her new girl Tori. 5 stars!!

Robin did a wonderful job! She was fast and efficient, but also took her time and worked hard. We had her clean our basement area with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, long hallway , stairs, and laundry room. The area was sparkling and smelled so fresh and clean! No dust on floor other surfaces. No dusty smell anywhere. I highly recommend.

Avery does excellent work. She pays attention to all the little details. My home has never looked better. Would recommend Cottage Care any time.

The cleaners are very good!! They’re super cool girls! They never make me feel uncomfortable or like I’m in the way of them. The DZ house girls are very very grateful for them. We don’t know or wanna know what this house would look like without them!❤️

CottageCare has cleaned my house for over 8 years. They are very trustworthy and always on time. Tiana is the current cleaner and does a wonderful job.

Robin and Avery performed move out cleaning on my rental townhome. It was a full cleaning from top to bottom. I had lived there for 6 years and it needed a good cleaning before I returned the keys back to the labdlord. Both were very hard workers and they made the place shine so much that I was very impressed. My landlord and I did a walk through and the landlord was also very happy to see the place that clean and also made remarks such as wow, the stove looks new. It was a good choice hiring CottageCare, they performed exceptionally and I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough great things about Cottage Care. We’ve been using them nearly a year and a half, and they consistently do a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone. There’s no better feeling than coming home from work to a sparkling house.
