Leon diagnosed the problem, explained the problem and was very efficient in fixing the issue. Pricing was fair which is difficult to find this day and time. He could have charged me for 1hr of labor but chose to charge me for half that based on the time it took for him to fix my Fridge.

I totally agree with the previous excellent reviews. Leon was professional, courteous, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. He diagnosed the situation almost immediately and fixed my washer. He will be the person I call if/when I need an appliance repair in the future.

Made an appointment online which was easy, came out knew what was wrong with my dryer. Excellent service made sure I knew they were on their way. I will use them again if I ever have a problem. I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

1st scheduled appt was a no show/no call. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled again, even though was unable to speak to a real person when calling. Received a text when he was 35 min out, responded with confirmation of directions and he cancelled the appt without even arriving, stating he would not go "off-road" to get to our house (crossing a creek.) Texted back stating we would bring him across the creek and he would not repsond to my texts. Terrible customer service.

Responded same day as I called for appointment and arrived when he said he would. Quickly, and accurately, diagnosed issue and ordered part while still at my home. Two days later the part was in and he returned, at the time he said he would, and installed the part quickly. Price for part was cheaper than Amazon and on par with eBay, but came with a 1 year warranty. Labor charge was a fair price. I would not hesitate to call him again and will recommend him to anyone who asks.

He ordered the part and said it would probably be about a week. When the part came in He came right over and fixed the dryer perfectly! Awesome job.
