Was amazing first time with my diagnostic but second time around I can't even get a return phone call.

The guys found the problem with my old PTAC unit, a lose sensor, which was probably self-inflicted. It's working great so far. Looks like we'll make it through the winter.

I then apologized and said have a good day, she didn't respond at all and then hung up. Customer service is a big deal to me, so I would not recommend calling this business.

I had a part go out on our air unit the day before our vacation. They let me schedule for the day we wanted when we returned and were there first thing that morning. I didnt get the techs name but he was super nice and did a great job as cheaply as was possible.

B &G has serviced our unit twice in 6 years. They do fantastic work and charge reasonable prices. The technician we've had was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I hope we don't need a HVAC service call for at least another 6 years, but when we do, they'll always be the ones we call.
