If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I needed a replacement heating element for my mom’s older stove. I ordered one online that did not fit and could not send back. Thought I would see if by chance Bob’s would have one before she bought a new stove. Not only did they have one that fit perfectly, it cost $29 and if it didn’t fit I could easily return it. I wish I’d asked the name of the employee that assisted me, he was extremely helpful and kind! Nice to know there are still local businesses that are honest and helpful!!!
