Chris and Woody showed up at the first business hour that AAA was open even though I had called on a weekend when they are closed. They were helpful, efficient, and I felt they were thorough. They informed about my septic tank and aerator system and how it worked. As a new homeowner, it was invaluable information when people rarely discuss these things with previous homeowners anymore. Very pleased with AAA septic service and will continue to be a customer!

When I first called AAA Septic Cleaning asking for service, I wasn't sure what to expect. The person that answered the phone was helpful with answering my questions, but since we are over an hour away, I didn't get a warm feeling that we would get service because they didn't ask many questions of me. I called back to confirm the appointment and, the person who answered the phone said the driver would call for directions. The driver, Chris, called promptly the morning of the appointment and was flexible with directions. Chris arrived ON TIME in a nice clean truck. Chris was very personable. Chris took the time to explain how a septic system works, checked the flow into the tank, answered our questions, and made the experience entertaining. I recommend AAA Septic Cleaning, and will be calling them again when services are needed.

Call AAA for a backed up septic issue at 9:00 am. They arrived at our home at 10:45 am. The field engineer, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and even produced a 3D sketch of what our system problems could be. His explanation was spot on and cleaned our tank and all plumbing is responding well now.
