I had an issue with a water leak under my house which resulted in mold, I was on a time crunch due to being in the process of selling my house. Within a day or so of calling the guys were at my house treating the mold, they were so kind & did a great job of explaining everything to my husband & I so we could understand the process. The mold is gone & it looks good as new!! The bank was pleased with the result as well so we were able to finish the sell of the house no issue. Thank you guys for everything!!

Debbie was efficient and pleasant setting up the appointment on the phone. Jacob called 40 minutes ahead and he and Aaron arrived exactly when expected. They were pleasant and courteous, but more importantly, thorough and hardworking. They cleaned our ducts, which had probably never been cleaned (even found - and left for us - coins dating from the 1970s, which would have been from a previous owner) and documented the before & after with an iPad. We had requested a crawlspace inspection because we suspected mold from a pipe leak. Jacob went under, through our very narrow opening and did a thorough inspection, taking photos. It turned out there was no mold - we appreciated that we were told, and not instead pressured to get treatment we didn't need. They were here for at least four hours, worked the whole time, and were very good-natured. I called the office to pay, and both Natalie and Debbie were efficient and pleasant. The bill was quite reasonable for all they did.

My only suggestion would be that the guys wear masks and hearing protection for their own safety and health!

I truly can recommend this company. They are very easy to work with get the job jdone quick. does a great job fixing your water problems, clean up, putting dry equipment and to clean up the water. And after it’s all cleaned up, they repair the floors in one day. Excellent communication With each part of the company. I honestly think this is the best company in the tri-state.

Nick Evan doc Billy Chance & Jerry were all great workers & very polite. Did a great job. Everything looked so good when they left. I would recommend them highly to other people. If anything would happen here again I would use them again.

Aaron took great care of our water leak job on Waverly Road the week of July 12th. He was very attentive and stayed busy. He kept us very informed.

Servpro of Huntington managed to somehow turn a horrible situation into a horrendous situation. A different group of guys came in each day, but claimed they weren't informed of what the plan was. Each group talked about the previous group like they were idiots who had not been handling the issue correctly. They ended up contaminating items that were not originally contaminated by the original issue, which in turn damaged my house more than necessary. They only worked an hour or two each day. If I asked questions or complained, they were extremely nice and told me exactly what i wanted to hear, so they could get out of the situation. But the next day nothing changed. It was an extemely stressful and awful experience that took much longer to clean up than necessary due to lack of communication and cocky management. Bottom line, if you want to make your situation worse, call Servpro.

I contacted Servepro to clean up some mold in one of our offices in Huntington, WV. In only a couple days they delivered a very detailed report of damages, the areas affected and how they would be addressed. Evan and his crew began work just working to remedy the problem areas just a few days later. Our office looked like a new building after they were done!
