I appreciate the fact Josh was able to come out the same day to repair my power cable, but the Labor was higher than expected. I asked him about it and he said the labor was 75 dollars an hour for 8 hours which = 600, but charge me 771.68. When I said 75 x 8 = 600, he said yes but you agreed to the price. Yes I agreed to the total expense thinking the material was higher than it was. 75 dollars an hour should mean just that.

I have been calling since early fall. The first time I called, I was told they were on a big commercial job and would call me in a few weeks. I have tried since with no response. Are they still in business? They did a complete update for us in 2020. That’s why I kept trying to reach them. Time to move on to a different company.
