Mullen Plumbing, Heating and Cooling came to my home to detect water leakage and fixing. Both were very friendly and respectful and explained in detail. Both worked as if they repairing in their own house. Both of them while working took care no other part damaging and kept area very clean.I will definitely call them for any repairs.

Today was a very Scary Day with finding I had a gas leak, Mullen Plumbing was quick and responded quickly. The technicians Doug & Chris was the kindest and efficient guys. They helped explain and show me what the problem was in Detail. It’s always nice when Older People like myself don’t get taken advantage of, and for now on I trust Mullen and the technicians that came today I will always call them Back for future needs.

Mullins plumbing were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Even when I told them that it was not necessary for them to cover their boots to enter my house, they still insisted on covering their boots. Additionally, they took the time to understand my problem and give solutions. I would not hesitate to use them again.

James and Brian were my installer today. Very professional and nice. Explained everything that was done. Love the new thermostat.

I had a sump pump that needed to be replaced. The two technicians from Mullens came to my house about 3:15 pm on Thursday, February 5, 2026. They agreed the sump pump needed to be replaced. They had a 1/4 hp sump pump on the truck and quoted me a price to install it. I had concerns whether it would be big enough, as I told the technicians the contractor who built the house put a small pump in and had to replace it with a bigger sump pump when the basement flooded. I later found out the failed sump pump was a 1/2 hp sump pump. I am just waiting to see if I have a flooded basement when we get a prolonged downpour. I may be calling for a bigger pump if that happens.

The repair people were very nice and professional after some scheduling several different schedules change which we could tolerate that we asked for an estimate before they came and we never got it. We asked for an estimate on the front pipe in our front yard and never received that either so we didn’t know what we were gonna pay. We figured it. The most it might be 250. It was quite shocking to find out that it was 500 and I had asked him that we wanted to work on our master bathroom and after saying oh that’ll be $1000 maybe something is wrong with me but that’s outrageous

I had a very great experience with Mullins they fixed my furnace when I called them someone came straight out and they didn't give up until they got it working thank you so much Mullins I would recommend them to anyone that's having problems with her heating or cold

Cody and Clay did an excellent job digging and re-routing the sewer line, along with seeding the grass and straw cover. We were very pleased with how courteous they were. Recommend Mullen and these guys 100%!!!

Today it was snowing, I had to be out driving in it. I had scheduled Mullen to be here in the afternoon to service a tankless water heater, which they installed. No hot water, court tmrw for me. They called to say they weren’t sending trucks out in this ‘weather’ just past noon. I still managed to go to Kroger, run errands, schools weren’t closed. Are they driving a Prius? No offense to Prius.

Mullens plumbing company should be called high standards plumbing, because they took care of my extended family’s’ plumbing issues like it was there own plumbing issue, the guys mister clay, and mister Justin deserve to be given recognition and taken out for lunch, because those to guys worked tirelessly hard to make sure not only the issue is fully resolved but, also exceeded our expectations in the best ways possible, because they literally not only backfilled the hole but they also put grass seed on the soil which makes it look like there was no plumbing issue to even begin with! Mullens plumbing despite the hassle of having a plumbing issue as someone from out of town who is visiting family in West Virginia, your service with a smile and, high standards made the difference between having to deal with my family’s sewage line clogged up and having the plumbing all functional not only for them but also for us visitors to West Virginia!

Mullins came out 12/22/2025 for a routine inspection. Josh found a major problem with the system, he had to shut it off. He was very carrying and concerned about my situation even apologizing for giving me such bad news. Mullins sent Cody Moore out to talk to me about financial options. Cody is an asset to the company, he knows his job and does it well. He's very impressive. Today, 12/23/2025, Jimmy Washington and Chase Nutter worked diligently but cautiously and professionally to install a new Air and heat unit. Absolutely phoneminal job by all involved to make this happen. It cost about 10,800 but it's money well spent. Great team effort by Mullins

Had a leak in our frost prof house bib. Called Mullen in the morning and they installed a new hose bib and isolation valve that evening in about 20 minutes when our other plumber didn't respond. We will always go with you guys in the future. Thanks guys!

Jason replied soon after my Saturday afternoon message. He arrived 30 minutes later and was friendly and courteous. He donned his boot covers and proceeded to basement and resolved the issue.

Prompt, knowledgeable salesman. He provided alternatives to my situation. Prompt, professional installers. Very personable and efficient. Laid down protection on the floors and cleaned up when they were done.

John did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to fix our plumbing problems. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the technicians and the quality of their work. Corey and Lucas did a wonderful job of informing us each day what work they would be performing, about any interruptions to our water service, and cleaning up each day when the work was finished. Can’t say enough good things about Corey and Lucas and how they performed their work. Definitely would recommend them.

Great employees. Cody and Alex were absolutely wonderful. Explained everything and both were so meticulous and careful about keeping things neat and clean. Mullens replaced our water tanks with a tankless heater and also the hvac system. They were very professional and replaced both systems in 3 days and made sure we were happy with the project, thank you for the attention and timely completion on the installation. We would highly recommend them for hvac and plumbing service.
