Very nice people, show up when they say they will, installed everything & my system works like a dream. highly recommend .

They were super fair with pricing and didn't try to take advantage of us after a flood like many other places. I highly recommend them!

I called Ross Williamson heating and cooling in Wayne a week ago, I asked the woman do you guys Bill I won't have money for the service till next week. She says yes we can bill. The repairman calls today to say he is on his way then says " now she told you it would be 90.10 today right ? " when I said no and told her what she had said he called them and called me back and stated that he couldn't come unless they had the money today. I consider this to be dishonest stating one thing and then doing another. I will never take my business there again.

I was without heat when it was close to zero. They made time for me and had my furnace repaired as soon as possible. Really liked the repairmen, very nice and very professional.

Had an AC unit and furnace replaced. We really needed it. Crew was punctual, professional and did a great job....in ONE DAY! Cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company anytime.

I needed my A/C unit checked after experiencing low cooling. They responded promptly with professional service technicians and their billing invoice was very reasonable. Wonderful service

I have used Ross & Williamson for many years in more than one home and I don’t want to use anyone else! Their prices are great and they do a wonderful job.

He fix the problem within a short time and I had heat again. I've used them twice and

They took on my difficult job putting central heat and aC in a 100 year old house. They were knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable price, and completed in a timely manner. I will use them for any future work and will recommend to my friends and family.
