well ive heard good thing about them but never have been there

After explaining what I needed done, no crawl space, no existing ceiling fan, no hardware in place, Amanda stated there shouldn’t be any problem. The job was scheduled for 7:30, the tech showed up at 8:30 (first day on the job). He took one look and kindly told me it could not be done. He was here no more that 40 minutes. I am more than willing to pay for his one hour, but they insist I pay 2 hours as that is their policy. Ok, then why do you say you can do the job when in fact, you can’t. Buyer beware that just coming in to take a peek at your job will cost you 2 hours of nothing.

Called and they scheduled ASAP, came out and fixed the unit. Had an issue the same evening and they came right back out the next day! NO CHARGE! now having issues with a different unit and they are coming out to fix it as well. Highly recommend
