Absolutely WONDERFUL service. Brittany has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has given us updates and really reassured me that the service team will help! We bought a dishwasher from Van Vreede's and they use Howie Voight to install. Besides all the issues we had during the buying process I was assured by one of the owners at Van Vreede's that they knew what they were doing on install. Apparently not, they left and the dishwasher doesn't work. An hour after install I go to my basement to find a puddle on the floor so they broke something during install. Their stance on things is that we have a plumbing issue even though we had a stud tear down kitchen remodel 2 years ago. Never again. Don't let these appliance places touch your plumbing! Buy the dishwasher and hire a reputable plumber instead.

Took 2 months for them to fix the washing machine. There is one tech for the entire region. With a family of 6, not having a washing machine is extremely difficult.
First appointment, which took 2.5 weeks to get one the schedule, it was determined to be a bad motor. It then took another 3 weeks for the second appointment. The tech arrived, and was missing another part. You would think that the parts should have been determined in the first appointment, but still missing parts for the second appointment. Had to wait another 2 weeks for the third appointment before it was officially fixed.
With these long timelines and lack of techs, given our large family, we were forced to purchase a new washer. After speaking to management, it sure seems like this is by design in order to get people to purchase a new machine. The representative denied that thought, but the evidence would suggest otherwise.
