We had a sewer smell in our bathroom. We always have a good experience calling Tureks. Jeff came out and replaced our AAV. He took time to explain the different reasons for the odor. We appreciate the information he provided and have a better understanding of next steps.

Nice to call and talk to a real person and ask questions to schedule an appointment. I needed to change the appointment also, which was very easy.
Drew was very informative, which helped us make a decision on what route we wanted to take for a new sump system.
We will most certainly use Tureks in the future for our plumbing needs.

I was very disappointed with the service from Tureks Plumbing. When I called, the customer service representative clearly told me that the diagnostic visit would be free. I even asked her twice to confirm, and both times she assured me there would be no charge.
However, when the technician arrived, I was told the diagnostic would cost $157, which was completely unexpected and contrary to what I had been told on the phone. That alone was frustrating and misleading.
On top of that, after assessing the issue, they said the house trap was full but their equipment couldn’t clear it. I was then told I would need to contact another plumbing company to handle the job.
I ended up calling a different plumber, and they were able to clear the blockage without any issue. They charged $250 to clear the pipes
Overall, the experience felt misleading. I would not recommend Tureks Plumbing based on my experience.

Jeff was very prompt and professional. He was thorough and explaining to us what our conditions are and what the remedy would be. They went ahead and fixed our issues and we’re back up and running with no problems. I would recommend Tureks to anyone looking for the plumber

Turek's recently completed the work on our sewer line, which needed descaling and cleaning. I watched the before and after videos of the work and could not believe the difference. I want to say a special thank you to Kyle, who went above and beyond with customer service. He made time for our questions and handled hiccups with our insurance company. Megan, Kristi and other office personnel were very professional and prompt communicators as well. Always very helpful. We will happily continue to be customers of Turek's.

Turek's did a fantastic job with our repiping, garbage disposal, and faucet installation. We had new counters installed and the countertop installers had to cut the plumbing underneath leaving us with an unexpected problem. Megan did a great job fitting me in at the last minute and listening to my concerns ahead of the appointment. Marcus figured out the puzzle that was our drains, updated our piping to code, and finally got water working in our kitchen. He explained everything along the way, was organized, and clean and incredibly friendly considering the tough job. Highly recommend Marcus and would use Turek's again!

We had our old tub/ shower removed on our guest bathroom, and transformed to a walk in shower. Also new counter top and sink, and new toilet. Katie, Robert, Drew, Dan and Richard were a pleasure to work with. All very courteous at all times, respectful, and fun to work with. We expected there to be a lot of dust. And there was none! We would recommend Turek's plumbing to anyone. In fact we plan to use them to remodel our master bath soon! Thank you Tureks!

Jerrick & his associate came out on an emergency basis and fixed my laundry hookup (which had burst the night before.) They were professional and knowledgeable and completed work in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

The guys at Absolute Plumbing are the best! We had a pretty big issue that needed to be fixed and we thought it was something that would have taken a few days to fix. Seth R. and Mike H. were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, they made the whole experience wonderful and stress free.

Seth was very clear with each of the tasks that needed to be done, (per our requested repairs), and the cost associated with each before work ever began. He easily answered any questions that came up, so there were no unclear or surprise costs/fees once work was completed.

We had a great experience with Absolute Plumbing. Brendan and Jerrick did an excellent job installing our dishwasher, making sure everything was done according to code and even reworking some pipes to make it right. They were friendly, professional, and left everything clean and organized.

Todd and Seth were great! They installed my new dishwasher and got it up to code quickly and efficiently. They also recommended work that I would have never known about and will be using them for all those future projects. Also very professional and not pushy on additional work but laid it up nicely. Also highly recommend the Diamond Club! Great add-on for a first time home buyer who will need a consistent plumber to save on service call fees.

We had our yearly maintenance check done as part of the Diamond program, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mike and Justin were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They spent about two hours completing a full inspection, including flushing our water heater, checking all faucets, showers, toilets, outdoor water hookups, and more.
They clearly explained all of their findings, walked us through recommendations, and provided options without any pressure. Pricing was very transparent and upfront, which we really appreciated. We ended up booking an additional service for a water filtration system. While the most expensive option wasn’t in our budget right now, they took the time to understand what we were actually looking for and found a solution that met our needs and our budget.
They were also very respectful of our home, our pets, and our children, which means a lot to us. Overall, this was a great experience and exactly what you hope for from a maintenance program. Highly recommend!

Would completely recommend Absolute Plumbing. Both service plumbers were able to give us some solution options and work with our needs. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. His aid Mike was very personable and detailed as well. We picked the best option for us and they were able to complete the repair in no time. Great crew!
