So impressed! We had previously used a local company... but they were really inconsistent. I ended up finding out that the local Merry Maids is a franchised company... owned by a local family! The consultation was a little awkward (The person who came made a few comments about the house being messy - which is why I was hiring a cleaning service). But Jamie, the cleaning person who came, was wonderful! She cleaned everything from the ceiling fans to the inside of the microwave. I felt comfortable leaving the house with her inside. 10/10 would recommend.
*Updated: You don’t always get the same person each week. We had two people come yesterday, and the house still looks great!

I have had a great experience with Merry Maids. They are professional, accommodating to my needs, and have done great work efficiently and well. Also, from office staff to cleaners, are friendly and attentive. Thank you Merry Maids!

Depending on the Maid sent, some do great at cleaning and others not so much. If you let them know, they do send the cleaner back to do items missed, likely the next day. After they returned, the job was acceptable.

Merry Maids did a fantastic job. I called them on short notice and they were able to squeeze me in. They were on time, friendly and efficient. Everything was done and the house looks and smells terrific!

Tara did a wonderful job cleaning up my basement area. She reassured me it was an easy task. She came through for me at a time when I was unable to do it myself. I would recommend Merry Maids to any one who might ask.

Heidi and Josie were very friendly. As I was leaving, Josie opened the door for me. I like getting the notice they were on their way. They did a great job cleaning as well!!! I love Wednesday’s when my apartment gets cleaned! Thank you!

From start to finish I am fully satisfied with the professionalism and service from Lowneys. My designer was Bethany and she did a great job with her design and communication. Ethan’s crew was top notch as well with the project of removing the old wall carefully and creating the new Unilock wall. I appreciate the clear communication from all involved with Lowney’s Landscaping.

Lowney's has always done an excellent job doing any lawn and garden maintenance work we have requested. We have worked with Jeremy the representative for about seven years now and he has always been very responsive and great. Bailey, one of the maintenance techs has been to our home on several occasions and she has been excellent. Love working with them and would highly recommend Lowney's to anyone looking for quality lawn and garden services.

Steve Miller arrived per schedule this morning to provide aeration, over-seed, fertilizer and control for several pesky weeds. Very knowledgeable regarding turf maintenance. Very approachable and generous with his time answering questions and provinding approaches to better maintain my 1/3 acre property. I've used Lowney's for aeration and over-seeding multiple times in the past. This year they will provide turf fertilizing via their turf program. Looking forward to great service as has been provided in the past.

I had a small area that needed pavers, and Brad Baker was willing to take on this small project, which I greatly appreciated. Communication was great throughout the project. Matt and Alex completed the project in less than 2 days, and it looks amazing! I am so happy with it. On top of that, everyone was awesome to work with. Matt and Alex were very respectful of the rest of my property and didn't tear the rest of my lawn up. Two thumbs up!

Christian and his entire crew from Lowney's Landscaping Center did a terrific job doing extensive landscaping at our home. The work included removal of all of our old landscape stones and weed tarp, laying earth and regrading around the foundation of our home and then placing new weed tarp and new landscape stones. They also expanded and greatly beautified our backyard berm.

All the work was done very professionally with customer service and quality both top of mind.

I strongly recommend Christian's team from Lowney's for any landscaping projects you are contemplating.

From start to finish the design team, project manager, and the crew members were fantastic. The first landscaping design meeting with Brad Baker went very well. We requested a few changes and added a few things so the project was sent back to the design team. Within a weeks time we had the project back for our approval.
Our start date was set for sometime in June weather permitting. Because a lot of rain delayed some of the projects set before ours they were ready to start ours the end of July. We pushed the date back to sometime in August because we were going to be gone on vacation. That worked out to be a perfect time to start our work.
The crew members, Jorge, Alex, and Felipe were very skilled, friendly, and willing to make small changes as they worked. We, as the owners, made a poor choice on the color of paving bricks and didn't notice the color until they had almost all of the brick laid. After talking to Brad, he came out to the house right away to see what could be done. After a few phone calls and a visit by us to a different paver distributor.... the problem was solved. This meant the crew had to completely dismantle the pavers and start all over again with the new pavers. They did this with a smile!
When all the landscaping was completed they started on the new lawn. New dirt, leveling, seeding, and covering with a straw mat. Then it was our job to water it and watch it grow! Brad came back again to check on how the grass was growing. There were a few bad spots so he sent another guy up to reseed the lawn.
After a few months Brad followed up to see how the grass looked and said he would stop up in the spring and perhaps do a little overseeding if necessary.
I can't say enough about the Design Team, Brad Baker, Jorge, Alex, and Filipe. I would recommend them to all of our friends!

Our entire experience from design to execution was great! We had a hill with rocks that kept falling into our patio. Brad and team helped us design a better solution that was more functional and looks great. Matt and his team did a great job installing the retaining wall and answered all of our questions throughout the process. The end result was better than we envisioned. We will definitely contact Lowney’s for future projects and recommend them to our family and friends.

GoodGuys has been truly wonderful via, respectful, timely, kind, answering my questions, and offering positive advice such as spraying the ac unit after the cottonwood is done falling. Fantastic experience!! From our awesome sales rep, Anthony, who came for the sales appointment, to the two best install techs we could have gotten, Jon and Jerry, our experience was amazing. These guys had to refabricate some metal ducting for the furnace and was done well. They were super friendly and cleaned up well after the install was done. The original furnace that was to be installed was too big for our home. (Our fault for not having attic access to see the size of heating ducts) they had it all installed and tested the furnace, found it ran too hot and said we would have problems this winter. Anthony showed up in a very short time to go over options.He recommended a different one that would work perfect. 2nd install date went just as well as the first. We wanted Jon and Jerry back as well because of our experience with them the first time, awesome guys!! We recommend The Good Guys! Great business and great people working for them. Give them a call, you won't be dissapointed.

If you’re in the Fox Valley and your furnace or AC acts up, honestly just call The Good Guys. They really live up to the name—super friendly, reliable, and totally honest.

I love that they don’t try to upsell you on things you don't need. They just show up on time, fix the problem for a fair price, and get out of your hair. It’s such a relief to find a local Appleton crew that you can actually trust.

Bottom line: They’re fast, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely my go-to for HVAC from now on!

Dilan was great! Excellent, efficient tune-up work. He talked me through my own maintenance product needs and tasks, since I’d just bought this home. Easygoing but obviously experienced at his work. I feel I can trust him and the Good Guys. Their price was reasonable too. Will definitely have them back for annual tune-ups. Grateful to have them on my team!

I recently purchased a new construction home in Neenah. This new home came with many amenities, except a garage heater. Contacting Steve, he quickly responded to my address and gave me a quote on what I needed for a good size garage. Within days the installers Andy and Bill arrived and took me through the installation process and began working. Within hours they had the system installed and ready to go. Both guys were very knowledgeable and were a master of their craft. I enjoyed the entire process, with everyone being very nice and engaging. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or install their listed services.
