Nice family Business

The owner is the best guy you will ever meet for a landscaper

Very Happy with Rick!

Rick went out of his way to help me when I was in a pinch. He had a machine break down and instead of telling me I was out of luck, he grabbed a shovel and hand loaded a trailer full of dirt. Please use Rick any chance you have, he’ll get to work for you!

A joke - completely. A down payment made by check, the check was cashed, and in almost 1-1/2 YEARS we had two piles of dirt (about 10 cubic yards), some boulders delivered, and grass sprayed dead where he was to work - that's it. Multiple phone calls were made over two springs, two summers, and two falls. There seemed to almost always be a reason for nothing getting done; he's sick, he's short-handed, someone else didn't get him what he needed, "You're next on my list", he's "just running behind"...gee, ya' think? The lack of communication and lack of effort shown by him actually reaching out to a customer who has made a down-payment of THOUSANDS of dollars would be laughable if it wasn't so insanely expensive. We tried to use someone local, and keep the money in the local economy. Unfortunately it's completely obvious that he was an absolute mistake.

Prompt service and work! The customer service is extremely notable as he connects with homeowners. Had a wonderful chance to talk about my dad. Highly recommend !

Rick Rock is an experienced landscape designer and has so much plant knowledge. I have gone year for many years and will buy only from him for so many of my plant needs.

Great selection of plants. Very informative and it was wonderful talking to him about hostas. He took the time and asked questions as to my likes and dislikes and suggested plants that were to my liking. He also gave great advice on how to be more successful growing them. Thanks a million!

Met Rich and had a great time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us lots of time while wandering the flower beds. Plan on going back a little later in the season to check out the growth of the gardens.

Purchased some beautiful hostas from Rick!! ALL OF HIS PLANTS ARE TOP SHELF!!! Rick is extremely helpful in making your selection of plants and will help you in your bed design and on the best way to properly plant them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICKS LANDSCAPING!!!

I would highly recommend Rock Landscape and Gardens! The plants are of the finest quality. Rick takes time to explain the plants, talks you through care and maintenance. If you have a chance to visit the gardens, you will be amazed and charmed.

Thank you Rick and crew for our ongoing landscape maintenance. It's very difficult to find post landscape project services. Your knowledge and care to our extensive property plantings is just wonderful. Plus to have your service cost to come in under bid!!!! Thank you and see you again soon.

Rick and his crew did an amazing job landscaping for our new home. After building, we needed a lawn and were dealing with lots of sloping terrain that had the potential for erosion and water damage to the house. Rick took NO shortcuts putting in our yard and it is now paying off a year later! We needed a lot of erosion blankets and waterways created, and two retaining walls. Rick also took his time to talk me through what I would need to do for maintenance to ensure the grass would grow. During all his work, he found problems left by our home building contractors - shotty excavating and crushed drain tile - and he went above and beyond to fix it all for us! He didn't cut any corners, even through all the difficult grading, to ensure we were satisfied, and we are! We'll have Rock Landscape back for our next landscaping project!

Bought several hostas from Rick and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all his plants. Just came back from buying some more for our new landscaping. Highly recommend Rick and all his beautiful plants for your landscaping needs!!! Thanks again Rick!!!!

We visited Rick today and had a great time looking at all the varieties of plants. We picked up some great finds! Very knowledgeable, and willing to give advice for our soil and landscape types.

Rick was punctual, professional, and created ideas to enhance my hosta masterpiece of a garden that he helped create several years ago. Rick spent quality time on a Sunday with my sister, a family friend, and me as we toured the gardens at his business and discussed ideas for all three of our yards. Those ideas were followed up with selection of the perfect plants and accent pieces for our yards.

Thank you, Rock Landscaping and Gardening, for creating such wonderful yards for all of us! We will be back!!!

I have known and dealt with Rick Rock for over 10 years! Never been disappointed. He does what he says he'll do and better than you expect. He sells hosta and other perennials which are of great quality. He has built and maintains gorgeous gardens at his home/business. I have seen many designs he has done for others as well. Rick's attention to detail is unsurpassed. You won't be disappointed! He is a great go-to person for plant and design advice as well as for problem solving. Highest in my review is his straight forward approach and honesty along with excellence in his work. He goes above and beyond with each job.

My sister and I visited Rick's place last week and enjoyed a personal tour of the gardens and plants. Rick was so kind and picked peonies, lilacs, alliums and other plants for us along the way. We ended up with an amazing bouquete of gorgeous flowers. Rick's place is full of the most beautiful and strong peonies and so many varieties of hostas. We were so happy we stopped by!
