Appliance Repair reviews in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

It took forever to get them here but when they did come their repair folks were pleasant, quick, and efficient. Well done. In my area they do the repair work for Best Buy appliance protection plans. Not sure of any pricing as this was covered work.

He was professional and helpful
There is No Way to speak to a Human or any customer service representative regarding bills or service issues.
I was told over and over again via text messages to call a phone number and was never able to reach anyone. It’s a constant loop and then you’re hung up on. AI service is totally useless and not customer service worthy.
I was not satisfied with this portion of sears repair.
After the repair man left my freezer Still did not work
So after four different trips out by sears repair men my freezer is still not working.
A new one came out Friday 10/17/25 and now I have a new completely different story on why my freezer won’t work. Now he’s saying my ice maker suddenly died after not using it and it working on Monday the 13th when the third repair man came out.
I’ve never been SO Mad and infuriated at a company before that does Not fix your products like requested and then finds some other excuse why something doesn’t work. I’ve had to take multiple days off to wait all day to get something fixed. They even stood me up one day notifying me at 4:00 pm that they couldn’t make it after I was stuck at home all day .
Terrible service -
The service technician Divontae C called prior to the service call. He was professional and friendly. He provided me with details about the repair, the estimate cost, and the method of payment. He also provided me with a update on the repair. Very thankful that he was able to complete this service on Thanksgiving!

John has been great. He did everything to fix our appliance. He is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

Travis was polite, and down to business. He replaced both switches and encountered more problems. After a long trouble-shooting ordeal the trouble is in the burner hookup & wiring assembly which is no longer avalable from Jenn-Aire or any where else. So we are going to live with what we have untill it goes compleaty to shit, then replace the whole unit. Not Sears Appliances Repair fault, but I would appreciate my second $100 Ded. returned as this was an ongoing repair that was not diagnosised sooner not after 5 or 6 visits with out any possitive results. I realize you are not obligated to return my deposit just as I am not obligated to continue my subscription to Sears Appliance Repair. Thank You and looking forward to a continued relationship. Tony was upfront about any costs not covered under the warranty. He answered some questions with easy to understand responses. Sears is lucky to have a quality employee such as Tony.

Everything is automated and you cannot talk to a human. We had an appointment for 4:00 p.m. and they showed up at noon. Took a picture of my door and said they were sorry they missed me. There was no way to contact anybody to explain what happened and get it cleared up so that they actually came at 4:00 as the schedule still said. When someone from Sears finally called to ask why we weren't there, I explained the situation and they gave me a phone number that took me to another robot that will not let me get the problem fixed. They offered me a plan into buying regular service from them. Absolutely not and will not call back to reschedule! Now I went another full day without appliance repair when I could have called someone else who actually showed up.

Worst customer service ever! You can never talk to a person. It is all automated. They came 4 hours early and no one was home, so they left rather than come at the scheduled time. There is NO WAY to talk to a human to fix this. They responded with an apology (via text that you can't call back to) and gave me a phone number....TO THE SAME AUTOMATED ROBOT! It's been 3 days, and I still can't talk to a person to come fix the washer. I can't explain to a person that the repair man came at the wrong time, and I missed time at my job to be there. So frustrating. Every number involved is a robot, with no "option zero" or anything to talk to a person.
