I was panicking on my lost phone while I was shopping today. Reached out to the guest service desk and to one employee (Christina? from the vegetables and fruits session) that was helping me by calling my phone.

We ended up finding it and I wanted to thank the team!

Dose fantastic work and very friendly

I liked the quality of David's work but unfortunately his organization, business priorities and communication are extremely lacking. He initially came out and did a visit and job assessment and said he would get me a quote within a week. I waited 10 days. Asked for an update and he apologized for the delay, which I was understanding. He said he could get me a quote for the work the next day. I gave him 3 days. I sent him another message and gave him another 12 days JUST FOR A QUOTE. Something that should take 30 minutes. I understand being busy and working long hours. He finally gave me a quote for the work 3 days later on Dec 21st. It was a little off, which is to be expected when it's been 28 days since initial visit and taking notes on a 4x6 notepad.
He agreed that some changes needed to be made. I didn't pressure him but sent a follow up message asking for an update on the updated quote Dec 30th. He said he could get it to me the next day. With the New Year I gave him extra time and asked for another update on Jan 3rd. He hasn't responded to my messages or phone calls. This is extremely unprofessional. If you can't do a quote within a couple days, stick with it as a hobby and not a business. Very unfortunate. I will be looking for a general contractor elsewhere. Btw, the work that I am needing, for a general contractor, is EXTREMELY EASY. You would think with an easy job it would be quick money in the bank.

He normally says he will get one to you then nothing
I understand people are busy just tell them up front so they don’t waste the time on both ends

Top Notch Concrete came out and poured the floor for our detached garage. Very competitive pricing AND top quality work. Great communication and great people. I will be call on them again for our next concrete project.

Had Top Notch out to pour a slab for my garage, they did amazing work. Great communication, done in a timely manner, and has great prices. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Within 15 minutes of my contacting Berlin Heating and Cooling, Carol had a technician at my house, and my furnace was fixed within 1/2 hour. Amazing service, pleasant and helpful people!

Set up an appointment to fix a gas leak and the furnace. Had to go back after a month and make another appointment because they had lost the paperwork for the first. After the technician finally showed up he only "fixed the leak" and left saying he would be back soon to fix the furnace several months later we still have a gas leak and a busted furnace that won't stay on for more than a minute without overheating

Karen and her husband are lovely people, super friendly and professional. Last year I had them out to give me an estimate on replacing my air conditioner. It was from 1986 and all the other places that came to give me quotes would no longer service the unit they just wanted to sell me a new one. Her husband came out and wrote down the information for a quote then asked if he would like me to see if he could get the unit running. Said if he didn't get it running, then there would be no charge and if the fix did work but broke again by end of summer he would take the cost of repairs off a new install. This was a great option for me as a single home owner I didn't have the funds to replace it at the time. He put a jumper on and a bit of freon in and it fired right up and got cold inside no time. It's been a year and this year I had enough saved up to replace the unit so he again came out and gave me a quote and even remembered me and my house from the year prior. Even in a wheelchair from a car accident he is still coming out to give quotes to help his guys out. That is dedication to your businesses and workers! They are coming today to put my new unit in. When I get home from my vacation in a few days I will have a brand new air conditioner, and it was 1000.00 less than anywhere else in the area. Highly recommended Berlin Heating and Cooling.

Very quick to respond - very knowledgeable

Just spent the last 1.5 years working on a new house project in Omro. Found Tony with a Google search, wow was I lucky. Tony is amazing, he works as your advocate, for you, and fights for you. He went above and beyond when problems arouse, not of his doing. He fought for us with Winnebago County, and the Town of Rushford. Because of his determination, professionalism and knowledge, we won ever battle. He even changed well drillers, because of his dissatisfaction with the company he 1st chose. I will add he found Wells By Welch, and they were awesome as well (pun intended). Reach out to Tony for all your water needs, you will not be disappointed. Too bad I can only give him 5 Stars.
