I was looking for someone to update the lighting in my kitchen, and a friend recommended Joe for the job. I'm so glad I went with him! His quote was fair, he accommodated my schedule, and the work was done efficiently and as planned. Joe was knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious. Both Joe and his associate were very respectful of my home, too. They wore shoe covers and did an amazing job cleaning up after they finished. They even verified that my birds were safely secured before they began working so that the birds wouldn't get loose. They were both professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. I look forward to working with Joe in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others! He is a great electrician and an all around good person to work with. Thanks, Joe!

Had a power outage for half my bar and restaurant during business hours. Alreri Electric came within an hour. The service was exceptional and quick.

Alteri Electric far exceeded my expectations. We were having an issue with fluctuating power in our home. Thinking it might be a utility issue, we called WE Energies and they came out and told us their end was fine, we needed an electrician. Not only did Alteri come out on a Sunday when it was convenient with our schedule, but within about 10 minutes he diagnosed it as a utility issue and was able to show exactly what the problem was through testing from our panel. I was able to call WE Energies right away with the electrician there and have him explain so they could note the problem in detail. WE Energies took 2 additional attempts to resolve the issue, which was frustrating. But every time I called Alteri (filling them in on what had happened and asking advice as the situation unfolded) they answered the phone and gave me specific guidance. Our issue is now resolved and WE Energies is likely going to reimburse us for what should have been fixed the first time we called. BIG thanks to Alteri for the service and communication. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
