YMYSPOT Cleanup was recommended to me by my realtor for a moving clean, but I was pleased to learn that they would also paint and repair holes. Yolanda was a pleasure to deal with. She is a true professional in every facet of her work, offering what homeowner’s hope for in paying top dollar to contractors. At the same time, she was flexible and attentive to our specific needs in a way that most larger companies have not been, in my experience. From the initial consult, Yolanda’s expertise was on display. She has an innate sense of the changes - both large and small, that will make a world of difference in preparing a home for sale. Ultimately, YMYSPOT painted the majority of my first floor, did a move-out clean and repaired a few dozen holes and blemishes to my walls. The work was top-notch in every respect. The previous painting in the house had been done haphazardly and without care, and that combined with the holes made a poor impression on prospective buyers. After the work was completed, I felt like I was walking into a different house, in the best possible sense. The value offered by MYSPOT, similarly cannot be understated. The quality of the work, the timeliness of the project’s completion and the overall professionalism are of the sort that people hope to get, but don’t always receive when paying top dollar. I found the cost of the project to be more than reasonable. Before I was referred to MYSPOT, my stress level was off the charts. I wasn’t pleased about how my home looked and I wanted to get it on the market ASAP. For me, letting people into your home to do work is always about trust. Hoping the contractor will do good work, for what to me is a not-insignificant amount of money. Yolanda put all my fears to rest. She literally told me don’t worry, I’m going to take care of everything. And she did. She is a high-quality lady of character who stands behind her work. My only regret is that I didn’t find Yolanda and MYSPOT sooner. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Yolanda was provided as part of a remodel I had done With Hopkins Mechanical and Design LLC. She cleaned up the mess after the project was done. She was very good at keeping in touch to arrange when she was going to be able to do the cleaning. She arrived promptly and did an amazing job. Starting at the ceiling she wiped down all the walls. Cleaned the windows and the floor. She didn’t miss a spot - chair rail moulding, outlets, top of casements- anywhere the dust could settle, she found it and cleaned it up. I cannot express enough how excellent a job she did.

We had yet another excellent experience with Yolanda and her crew. We hired YMySpot to deep clean a 4BR house to get it ready to put on the market after lots of construction and dust. The place was a mess, and now it looks beautiful. Beyond being prompt, responsive, and flexible and understanding with changes in our order, Yolanda and her team have an excellent attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we will be using YMySpot again for sure!

My Realtor hired YMYSPOT to clean and paint my rental home to prepare it for listing it For Sale. Yolanda provided a detailed list of work to be completed and a reasonable estimate. Yolanda also informed me of further issues that needed to be addressed with the home that was outside of her scope. Additionally, she sent before, during, and after pictures, to include a video of the home after the work was complete. Amazing company

Shady business, in everything from coordinating floor cleaning, to team showing up to work, and then claiming they cleaned rooms they didn't touch. Was a waist of time attempting to deal with them for floor cleaning or restoration. Financial department is even worse. Steer clear. There are much better alternatives in the Milwaukee area that treat their valued clients with respect.

We were constantly pressure washing the green buildup on our garage and pavers every spring and summer. Stain Erasers treated them in early November, and by spring it was clean—for the first time, we didn’t have to pressure wash. That was pretty cool.

When we moved, our new patio was black from years of buildup. They treated part of it as a trial—again in the fall—and you can clearly see the difference by spring. The first photo was right before they treated it, and the second is 4 months later. The treated section is already looking so much better, and we were told it would continue to get better thru summer. I'll try to remember to update my review with another pic after summer.

We went ahead and scheduled them to come back and do the rest of the property. Having worked in landscaping for almost 10 years, working on luxury patios and outdoor venues, I’ve seen (and had to fix) damage from pressure washing. It can be rough on surfaces, so I liked that it didn't require pressure. And my wife really liked that it’s eco-friendly.

It’s not instant, but it works. If your place looks like ours did, call them.

Called them on a Wednesday morning, technician showed up Wednesday noon. 4 person crew there Thursday morning, had the job done by Friday afternoon. House was bad, real bad. I needed it done fast and they delivered. Non judgemental, nice and friendly. Highly recommended, I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible. Im mentally disabled and have a hard time with depression and cleaning. Paid 5000 dollars and they shoved dirty dishes in the cabinets, didn't mop or clean surfaces, didn't clean the shelves, wouldn't move furniture to clean under it. The only thing they did as advertised is take out the trash.

Very disappointing and discouraging. If you are struggling to take that 1st step do not call this company. I've contacted them 3 times and didn't get pass the initial step of having an inspection to get an estimate.
Here is my experience with this company: Contacted them mid may and spoke to the dispatch person Jacklyn who was very pleasant and understanding and was told that Dawn would contact me to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Dawn never contacted me. It took a while to work of the courage again. Spoke to Jacklyn who was very apologetic and this time Dawn did contact me and set up an appointment which she didn't show up for. I called and spoke to Jacklyn who called Dawn then called me back that Dawn was sick and had left me a voicemail cancelling. I didn't get a voicemail and had no missed calls, maybe she missed dialed. I was told that Dawn would contact me later in the week about rescheduling and she never did.

I have no complaints about the quality of the job they did— or their professionalism all of that was great. However, I recently contacted an estate broker to continue cleaning out my house and I found out the pricing structure or whatever it is they use is extremely inflated. They cleaned three rooms in my basement plus a spare bedroom on the ground floor for around $8,300. The estate brokerage firm I spoke with told me they would’ve done it for 2000 and my whole house for 4000. DEFINITELY shop around before picking this place. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off just on the pricing. I know it’s hard work and I had a job similar at one point in my life—but for three days of work at $8300—I should’ve done more research. Save yourself money get price quotes before picking this place.

Fantastic service from Freddy! The cleaning was very thorough and all our windows look great. Both the quoting and service scheduling were very easy and convenient. Highly recommended!
