The Sewer Ninja crew completed a full pipelining job on our home two weeks after my initial review. To say we are impressed with their work and service is an understatement. They were quick and efficient and got our system running like new. Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly and they truly care about doing a great job for their customers. We've already recommended them to several friends based on our experience.

Joe, Lauren, Donovan, and Junior from Sewer Ninjas have helped us with our root-infested pipes and we have nothing but positives to say about all of them. They arrive on time, are great at communicating, and very professional. We’d recommend Sewer Ninjas for sure.

I would highly recommend using this company. They are very professional and did such a great job talking me through their process. The best thing was no digging up the yard, everything was done through a hole they dug in the basement! Took a few hours over 2 days.

Sewer Ninjas is an honest company that strives to provide the best work possible for their customers. We had a series of tree roots growing through our sewer line, and the team scheduled an appointment quickly and removed them. They documented everything with video which made the insurance claim very easy.

We also had them reline the existing pipe, and while that process did have a few hiccups, the team returned multiple times to correct the issues and ensure the job met their standards. This definitely impacted the profitability of the job, but Sewer Ninjas prioritized job quality and the long-term health of our home. They offer a strong warranty, and given my experience, I have no doubt they will stand behind it if future issues arise. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The technician was very knowledgeable and understanding ! I like option of instead of digging up cement floor there was another option which I I really like.

I received excellent information when I called explaining my problem of a partial clean water basement flood.
A appointment was scheduled quickly.
Jordan scoped the drain pipe and actually partially opened the blockage allowing us to flush our toilets until an upcoming appointment could be scheduled.
He explained everything while he deployed the camera.

Very happy with SEWER NINJAS. They let me know when they were coming through texts. They showed up on time. The workers were all friendly. They did their work in a timely manner. They cleaned up any mess. They explained everything they were doing to me. (That is important to me. It is very uncomfortable having your basement floor torn apart and a hole dug around the main stack.) They got me through it with minimal stress. Only time will tell if everything thing is working properly but, I feel comfortable that everything will be fine with my sewer from now on.
Only one more thought. I hope I never have to see them again for the obvious reasons.

JP was unable to remove the "End Cap" from the internal portion of the "Soil Pipe" that connects to the septic system. He will follow up with a plumber and advise.

Fantastic business. Owner Eric really knows his stuff and tech Jeff as well who is always on time professional and easy going. I’ve worked with them multiple times as a homeowner and realtor. Always my first recommendation. Sure… things can get expensive but you wouldn’t complain about a roof costing 10k so why complain about getting you SEWER fixed?? 10/10

After unsuccessful snaking, this company was recommended, and I could not be happier. From the after hours call the owner made to us to the actual sewer line clean out, these workers are professional and respectful of the home they are in. Everything was fully explained, and the work site mess was at an absolute minimum. They said they would get it open or be able to show why not and were men of their word, issue solved and pipe open as they said they would do. Would not hesitate to recommend this company, fast, quality work, a rarity these days.

They performed a pre-purchase camera inspection of the house's sewer line. The inspection was thorough and detailed information was provided, which made me confident in the state of the sewer line.

Sewer Ninjas solved a problem we've been dealing with since we bought our house. Every year we had to hire a plumber to remove the roots from our sewer lateral. The Ninjas installed a liner to keep those roots out forever. Lauren and the guys answered every question I had, were respectful of my time and left the work area spotless. I highly recommend Sewer Ninjas.

in both the initial assessment and the actual work, the guys came in quickly and effectively got the work done. they were very open to sharing what they were doing and answering all my questions. I thought this was really important since most homeowners (like me) don't know how their sewers work and need to trust the people doing the work.

Junior came out to the house to video record 16 feet of old 4” cast iron sewer pipe in basement floor. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He is preparing a cost estimate that I should have later today to clean out the pipe and reline. Thank you Sewer Ninjas!

If i could leave 6 STARS I would, cause these guys deserve it. Honest, capable, professional, helpful in ever way possible above and beyond what would normally be expected.
I needed to have a pipe lined, for which insurance require at lease two estimates, even though I had already had a plumber lined up, I called the Ninjas for the second quote. Even this simple estimate process, great job, very prompt (very) and of a higher quality at a lower price than the plumber that I already hired. I didn't know it at the time, but the plumber that I hire for the lining actually sub contracted all their pipe lining work to to Sewer Ninjas, so Sewer Ninjas would end up lining my pipe anyways, even though I hadn't hired them. And this is where Serwer Ninjas went way WAY WAY above and beyond. When the plumber that I had hired to do the job called Sewer Ninjas to set up the sub contact, the Ninjas ((Jordan) being familiar with the job) caught my plumber trying to rip me off, and not for a few bucks, for $15 to 20k! Jordan called my plumber out on the deception and contacted me to let me know what was going on (all of this in a professional, nonconfrontational, non accusatory way, just checking to make sure that everyone was on the same page). Keep in mind that Sewer Ninjas gets a good chunk of business contracting with other plumbers for pipe lining jobs. With that in mind, Jordan proceeded to do everything in his power to protect my interest, despite potentially harming his relationship with the other plumbing company, which was a financial risk for himself and his business. And unfortunately as it turns out, my plumber has found a different company to sub contract my pipe lining job, as well as all other future pipe lining work. It pains me to know that Jordan's honesty cost him an important partner, and I wish I would have hired Sewer Ninjas in the first place. And to be clear, I would have given these guys 5 stars, regardless of this specific instance of honesty and integrity.
Aside from all of that, they really were extremely competent, capable, and professional, as well as providing far superior inspection footage at a lower price than their competitors. I could go on, seriously, but this is long already...and I almost never leave reviews, so that should say something too.

Would suggest a new picture of the technician if “Junior” and “JP” are the same person. The photo didn’t look like the same person, which was no big deal to me, but may be concerning to another woman who may be expecting the photo to match for security reasons.
