We had a pump go out on us in the middle of the night, which caused standing water in our basement. Matt was able to diagnose the issue over the phone (after midnight) and came out & replaced the pump first thing in the morning. We will definitely be calling S&K again for future plumbing needs.

Called to get a quote on replacement water heater. Pleasant call-50 gal tank/gas/AO Smith/10 year warranty installed $2454.00!!!! We had already priced water heaters at Home Depot-Rheem/$719/12 year warranty. We questioned the cost of labor and were told that is the total price! Found a company on Angi with >700 5 star reviews. Very professional, 2 trucks doing just water heaters daily, explained several key points, asked for measurements and photos to plan for the install the very next day. Rheem/12 year warranty/ installed $1199. WOW!

Great work! So far. Service tech was extremely slow. Spent the last 40 minutes writing up the bill. Walked like he was in slow motion, cost me 4hrs of labor when it should've been 2 at most, took all of MY copper, returned to my home unannounced and entered the basement without any type of permission to get his battery and charger he left here.
