We had a pump go out on us in the middle of the night, which caused standing water in our basement. Matt was able to diagnose the issue over the phone (after midnight) and came out & replaced the pump first thing in the morning. We will definitely be calling S&K again for future plumbing needs.

S&K helped me when my basement flooded. They responded quickly in the middle of the night to help unclog a drain. They also worked on my system two other times and each time were punctual, clean, polite, and generally seemed like great people who know what they were doing. I will call them again first.

My well stopped working quite suddenly. I called S&K, they were out right away to diagnose the problem. They found a leak in the well somewhere. They were able to fix it within the week (I told them no rush because the home was vacant, they came back 2 days later with supplies). They replaced my entire well system. The home had a very old accumulator that we also decided to replace. They replaced the well pump, put in a constant pressure tank, and I believe replaced the pipes going down in to the well. The whole service cost $4,200 (which was below their initial quote!). Hopefully will not have to call them any time soon for any well problems, but if I run in to any, they'll be the first guys I reach out to!

I called at about 9:00 the morning after my water heater went out, and they were ready to have someone at my house by 10:30. That didn't work due to my schedule, so they were able to schedule me that afternoon. Their tech was courteous and professional and the work was done quickly and with no complications. Very impressive.

I bought a house where S&K has done previous work. I’ve had them here a few times to address issues not related to the work they’ve done just clogged drains and landscaping by previous owners that put my well permit out of compliance. The technicians have been knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. Not only recommended by the previous owners but my neighbors who have owned their houses for at least 20 years.

Rodrick from S&K came out this morning to address a leaking faucet in my garage. I was under the impression that he would have to cut out and replace the faucet and pipe from the basement. I was planning on a $500 - $1000 bill, and he was aware of my expectation. After inspecting he told me that I was doing something wrong and there was no need for work. He could have easily billed me for much more. Very honest. S&K just earned my business for my house AND my commercial office space.

S&K Pump & Plumbing is great. We've had our drain back up a couple of times in the 10 years we've been in this house, and they were great both times they came out. They fixed the problem promptly, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after they were done. The guys that have come out to do the work were friendly and did great jobs. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We're very happy with S&K. Service is always prompt and professional. They always take care of our plumbing issues to our satisfaction. Matt is the tech that usually comes and he's fantastic. We appreciate that S&K can handle all of our plumbing needs and they are great at guiding us through ongoing maintenance plan.

S&K is 2 for 2. We had them out last year to roto-root our lateral all the way out to the road. This time the level of skill to update our piping before installing a dishwasher was over my head. Both times the professionals were polite enough to chat with me when I had questions, and otherwise did their work and got in and out. I'm actually reaching out to them now to see if they want to be part of a networking group because I'm planning to refer them to my insureds for plumbing issues moving forward!

I am so lucky to have found S+K. They were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Another company told me I needed a new well. They replaced the pump for a fraction of the cost a new well would have been. Two companies tried to fix my outdoor water pressure with various methods. One told me I had two different wells. S+K figured it out in no time - my outside water was bypassing the pump. The price paid for their expertise was surprisingly low. Now I can water my gardens!! I wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing issues ever again. They are the BEST!!!

This is a company I can routinely count on. Not only that, they can have someone at your property either that day or the next. They listen to your needs and address everything on the spot. I did have a tiny leak pop up after a service, but Bruce and his team made sure it was right and had the issue resolved the very next day. Great group of guys that I can trust and great service!!

I can’t say enough positive comments about S&K. I called and left a message at 7PM on my water heater, they researched the warranty on their own and were ready with a replacement plan at 7AM the next day when I called. They arrived earlier than expected and were done quickly. Installer was professional and knowledgeable and the workspace was completely cleaned after install. I’d give another star if I could!

We've used S&K for several projects now. Incredibly professional, high quality work, and incredibly responsive. I called their office at 9am to request a new water heater installation, and within just a few hours, their tech was already busy performing the installation. In the current environment we find ourselves in with labor shortages, and supply chain issues, I was thoroughly impressed with S&K's ability to respond to this project so quickly. Thank you!

We've had S&K replace a water heater, water softener, sump pump, toilet, and do other plumbing fixes at our house. They're all really nice, do great work and charge reasonable prices.

When my husband and I first started looking into replacing the tub in our daughter’s bathroom we were told by many contractors, that job is just too small for us or its a small job and we can’t get to it until next spring.
After S&K Plumbing came out to fix our water pressure tank we decided to get a quote from them. When I called I was told that S&K Remodeling would handle that for us. I set up an appointment with Peggy and the rest is history. When she came out she listened to what we wanted and not once tried to suggest something other than that (like other contractors had). Not once were we made to feel that our almost $12K project was too small for S&K Remodeling. At the start of this project I told Peggy how skeptical my husband was of contractors. He was very impressed with S&K and said he had NEVER worked with a better one. From the scheduling (LOVED the provided worksite calendar), craftsmanship, subcontractors, and staying on quote (actually coming in under budget was a big bonus). Everyone that entered our house was very professional and treated our home with respect. Thank you to Tony, Dennis & Travis you guys are top notch.

I was looking for a company to remodel my shower. I needed a prefabricated shower enclosure removed and something new and more modern. S&K was one of the very few who returned my call for such a small project. We were very happy with the whole s&k experience. Everyone showed up when they said they would. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous they respected over home as if it was there own. The project had a slight delay due to some defective material. We were kept informed about the status. We are extremely happy with our new shower.

If I need plumbing or remodeling services again they will be the first company we contact.
