We had been trying to get our chimney repaired by another local company for almost a year, we finally gave up and called Smoke stacks based on a recommendation from a recommendation on Nextdoor. We had an estimate (lower than the previous company) and the work completed within a week or two. Very professional from start to finish with clear communication the whole way. I am very confident in the quality of the work they did. THANK YOU Smokestacks for ensuring we could use our fireplaces this year!

Arrived on time, assessed the problem and discussed my options. I was able to have the work done the following week. Work was finished as scheduled. Very professional crew, left the areas around the fireplaces clean. Would highly recommend.

These guys did a massive project on our old house, repairing, rebuilding, and installing new vents. Their work is beautiful and indistinguishable from the original (I’ll update with pics). Moreover, they were good to have around, super hardworking and fast. After multiple estimates, we chose them not only because of seeing some pics of their work, but also because they understood the engineering of our house so much better. True professionals, we are grateful for them!

We had a great experience today! Our crew showed up on time and were very respectful of our house. They actually saved us money by telling us that we needed less than what we originally thought, and they didn’t just charge us unnecessarily (saving us $100)!

They pointed out some cracks in our crown and the need for a rain cap, which we strangely don’t have. They gave us a repair quote and information, but weren’t pushy.

They gave us tips on maintaining our fireplace and chimney so we keep our home and health safe.

They answered all of our questions and finished timely. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will hire them when we’re ready for repairs.

Great experience! Demario came out and looked at our chimney inside and out on a really rainy cold day. Nothing needed to be done, so no service charge. We will call in the fall when we need to send a camera up the chimney to check for cracks! Excellent service!

Smoke Stacks, Inc. did a great job from start to finish. They installed a new gas fireplace, re-built the outside of the chimney on the roof that was severely weather damaged, and put in new liners for the flues. All of the workers were professional, explained the work they were doing, and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend them for anyone getting fireplace/chimney work done!
