We had been trying to get our chimney repaired by another local company for almost a year, we finally gave up and called Smoke stacks based on a recommendation from a recommendation on Nextdoor. We had an estimate (lower than the previous company) and the work completed within a week or two. Very professional from start to finish with clear communication the whole way. I am very confident in the quality of the work they did. THANK YOU Smokestacks for ensuring we could use our fireplaces this year!

Arrived on time, assessed the problem and discussed my options. I was able to have the work done the following week. Work was finished as scheduled. Very professional crew, left the areas around the fireplaces clean. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience for us. The diagnostic inspection was 5 minutes at most, didn't get the service we requested & paid for, nor the follow-up information or estimate.
I called the company to work on a resolution and never heard back from them. Wouldn't recommend.
UPDATE: In response to this review Smoke Stacks stated they would try to contact me. Never heard from them.
